The Supersonic Dyson Hair Dryer has been an absolute game-changer for me, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Love how it works and it has been so handy for my travels! This has been the best hairdryer that I've owned! One of the standout features of this hair dryer is its incredible speed. It always takes about 30 minutes to dry my hair, and that's saying something because I have thick hair! One thing that surprised me is how lightweight this hair dryer is. The magnetic attachments snap on and off effortlessly, and I never have to worry about them falling off during use. My absolute favorite is the fly-away attachment! I live in an area with 100% humidity, so it's been helpful to tame my wavy hair in many ways. Overall, this hair dryer has exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a powerful, efficient, and beautifully designed hair dryer that has cut down my styling time significantly. Whether you have thick hair like me or any other hair type, this dryer will deliver outstanding results. I don't really know what's not to like with this product other than the price, hah! This dryer is a game-changer! Not only do I love the sleek design, but it's also remarkably lightweight and quiet. It dries my hair in record time, and the instant cold shot button is a brilliant feature for locking in style.

Included with this hair dryer is a case and 5 nozzles (diffuser, concentrator nozzle for styling, smoothing nozzle, smoothing nozzle, Nozzle for gentle drying) The case is so pleasant to the touch that you want to touch and touch it. The hair dryer itself is also very pleasant to the touch. The motor in it is very powerful, it is two times smaller than usual, due to this it is light compared to a conventional household hair dryer. (It's very tangible) It fits very well in your hand. This hair dryer works much quieter than a regular hair dryer. Very convenient control of the power and temperature of the airflow, 2 buttons that are located on the ring. There are 3 modes that can be adjusted by pressing a button. A cold air supply button and a slider on the handle. If you need to make a cold air flow, then you need to press and hold the cold button. Air is blown out from the back of the hair dryer, and there is also a metal ring that is attached to the nozzles on the hair dryer. I think it will be very difficult for me to return to a regular hair dryer after it. Light, quiet, the hair dries really faster than any other household hair dryer. I advise everyone to try this hair dryer, I think you will not remain indifferent, like me. Have a nice day!

I would recommend the dyson hair dryer over and over. I am a hairstylist and it’s super important that I have a lightweight and fast hair dryer to get the job done. This blow dryer cuts the drying time in half. My shoulders usually hurt at the end of the day from holding a blow dryer but not with this guy. It also leaves the hair so incredibly soft and smooth. 10/10 recommend!!

here are many great hair dryers. For my family, TIME is the issue. Who has the time to sit around drying your hair?? We want a dryer that works fast so we can get to what we need to do. Although very expensive, this is the best dryer to get the job done quickly. The rapid flow of air combined with high heat dries more quickly than the other less powerful products. Yes, this is terribly expensive, three or four times the cost of some very fine hair dryers. But if you want the best, and a few minutes of saved time each day means a lot to you, then this is the product for you. Like other Dyson products, this is a well engineered and finely made product, very worthy of a fine set of hair care tools. Also, it is relatively small in size, and more easily stored and dealt with than the other dryers which are much larger. The electrical cord if heavier and shorter than for other driers, but that issue is not a deal breaker, given the other advantages of this fine product.

What a powerful hair dryer. Well it better be for this price, lol. It does dry my hair really fast and honestly I plan to have this dryer the rest of my life. I like all of the attachments too.

Deciding to purchase a Dyson hair dryer wasn’t an easy decision due to the cost BUT after my hairdresser used the straightener attachment on my hair it was a no brainer!! I have long thick frizzy hair so drying & straightening my hair is very time consuming. The Dyson hair dryer cut so much time off of drying my hair & then using the attachment to straighten my hair saves a TON of time!! My hair was brittle feeling after using the flat iron but not anymore!! My hair is soft & shiny!! Also, no more flyaways!! I use this attachment to smooth ANY flyaways at the crown of my head after I curl my hair & when my hair is in a bun or ponytail!! If I’ve have a “hump” in my hair from wearing a ponytail the Dyson will smooth it right out! Best purchase ever for my hair!!! Worth every penny!! Pictures are the first time I used my Dyson. With a little practice & learning the easy technique of the attachment my hair is as smooth as silk!

The Dyson Supersonic is a beautiful hair dryer. I love the ceramic pink, and the dark purple accents. The magnetic attachments are wonderful, especially the flyaway tool. The case it comes in is beautiful, and functional. However I just know that overtime the leather with rip, or start separating. The fan is powerful, and I have noticed a decrease in my hairs dry time. I previously was using the shark IQ, and I also use the Shark Flexstyle for comparison. But the big question is… is it worth the price tag? Short answer, no. And the main reason I give it 4/5 stars. I have noticed some superficial flaws in the casing, nothing major and definitely hard to notice but I’m analytical and notice everything. But seriously, almost $500 and they couldn’t use something better than plastic? I’m out of my return time frame but I went back and forth debating on it. There are other hair dryers, like the shark, that get the job done just as well. If you can afford it, go for it!

I had a old sedu hair dryer for 10 years and was finally in need of a up grade. I was hesitant about the price, but this dryer is amazing!! My hair is super thick and this dries it a lot faster, my hair dresser told me I should invest in one because it would be great for my hair and cut my dry time in half and she wasn’t wrong. I like the attachments it comes with and how easy it is to switch them or even style my hair. It gives me volume which I never have because my hair is so heavy and thick. I have noticed my hair is shiny and seems to be not as damage with the intense heat from my previous dryer. I also use it on my daughters hair which is extremely long and tangles easy, her hair is a little thinner then mine and finer but it works amazing on hers as well she was so happy with how shiny and soft her hair felt. I really can’t say enough good things about this dryer.

As someone with super long, seriously curly hair, I don’t know how I lived in a world without THIS blow dryer. Yes….I almost vomited as I was swiping my debit card…..seriously $400 I kept asking myself!?!? But let me tell you this is the Mercedes Benz of blow dryers. If you have any type of curly hair then 10/10 this thing will give you the hair dreams are made of. After the first time using it I have never once regretted buying it and that is a FACT! I use the diffuser every day and my hair has never looked better! Oh yeah I forgot the best part…….it’s so fast! My hair is thick and this dries my hair in less than ten mins. I love love love love love this thing! Can you tell?

I suspect there is a bit of bias in people’s reviews as they want to feel good about spending four hundred dollars on a hair dryer. Don’t get me wrong, this is a nifty little device, but is it worth the money—probably not. Pros: Quiet operation: Moving from a conventional hair dryer to this one, it is very apparent how much quieter the Dyson is. Compact size and balance: This hangs easily on a simple two-prong hook. In the hand it feels nicely balanced from the head through shaft. Quick to temp. and dry: It heats up remarkably fast. Supposedly not as hot as others, being the main reason it is less likely to damage hair. Attachments: Feel sturdy and nicely made. The magnetic hold is substantial. They will not fall off during normal use. Finish: The enamel paint and overall fit and finish is excellent with one exception (see Cons). Cons: Price: Similar alternatives exist in the marketplace for substantially less money. And a normal $30 hair dryer does dry hair and costs a fraction of the Dyson. Shaft length: For larger hands, the shaft/handle is a bit short. You will need to be careful not to grip the very base as it is the air intake and will reduce air flow in doing so. Air intake cover (AIC): the AIC is cheaply and doesn’t lock into place as you would expect. It is flimsy plastic, rather than the aluminum that it should be. It has popped off once or twice already. There is not need for it to be plastic as it does not heat up at the intake port. Even if they want to keep as plastic, make it lock in tighter. Power brick: the power cord is large, thick, and heavy. The overall length is good, and a thicker cord is necessary to transfer high power to the unit, but it is annoying to corral at times. Cold setting: for some reason the only button/switch on it that needs to be held in place to function is the cold air button. It makes no sense that this button cannot function as an off/on switch like the others, or that it isn’t a toggle like the power switch. To turn off the heat, so cold air passes through, you have to hold it down the entire time. This is annoying and unnecessary. Case: Why is there no case or corral included for a $400 appliance? It is an added cost to safety store your hair dryer to avoid it getting banged around in a drawer. Dyson really cheaped-out in this regard. Fortunately, a standard $2 U-hook screwed into the wall holds the hair dryer perfectly and functions as a display for your unit. Conclusion: If

I gifted for my wife's birthday and she loves it everytime when she use it. Im happy when she is happy with the product. She been using 50 dollor hair dryer for years and then i got her this one, she is amazed by how this dryer performs well and lightweight it is. Very satisfying purchase.

Great and light and it blow dryers hair quickly only thing is the cord is short and it limits ur range and for a stylist range is important to be able to have the range to move freely around the client

Would I recommended someone buy this without needing a new blow dryer? No. But it's really nice, built with quality to last just like everything else from Dyson. I like the root diffuser attachment (pictured) the most - my hair takes slightly longer to dry but feels great with minimal heat damage.

Pricy compared to what I’d normally pay for a hair dryer but once you use it, you can’t get back to the regular ones. it’s so easy to use and it dries fast

The Dyson hair blow dryer exceeded the expectations of natural care! It has three levels of heat and three levels of wind power! The power that comes out is magically silence! The color is my favorite; charcoal gray! Definitely a great investment! Thank you Best Buy for a quick delivery and exquisite service!
