Don’t waste your time and money

Bought this and redeemed to my account only to see no points load to my EA account and EA support telling me they cannot help me because I bought this from a third party. Best Buy couldn’t help me as well and told me to get into contact with EA. Overall terrible customer service from both sides and very dissatisfied.
