Customer Ratings & Reviews

UFC 5 is easily the best MMA game to date. The graphics are insane — from the fighter details to the blood and sweat, it looks almost lifelike. The new damage system makes every punch feel impactful, and the submissions and ground game feel smoother than ever. I love how each fighter moves differently, and the career mode actually feels meaningful this time. Online play is also way more stable compared to UFC 4, and the new animations make everything feel much more fluid and realistic. If you’re a fan of MMA or just want a fighting game that looks next-gen, this is a must-buy.

I really liked the game and my kids play it every day because it about ufc and my kids love ufc. I recommend this product for everyone.

I am a huge fan of UFC. And this game is amazing. It’s like playing it real life as if I’m fighting the other components myself lol . I strongly recommend playing this game to whoever likes fighting games.

Amazing game and perfect purchase I went it everything was done.

Excellent game EA did it again. And BestBuy was the only place that had it… much respect BestBuy!!

Awesome love this for my bf as his Christmas gift and was cheaper than what I thought it would

Good graphics, a lot of fighters, online play!!!!!

Great game just needs more fun modes to keep it alive, the hype around it dies very fast after a while

This game was given as a gift and they really loved it

This game is a lot of fun and delivers an exciting MMA experience. The graphics are impressive, the fighters look realistic, and the gameplay feels smooth and responsive. Career mode is engaging, and there are plenty of ways to play with friends or online. Highly recommended for UFC and combat sports fans.

Graphically, this game is untouchable. My nitpicks come down to presentation. Career mode is fun, but lacks some forethought. You start in a backyard fight, which feels really appropriate. Instead of having you go through a few fights in a backyard to work your way up, you win the fight, and are instantly given a step up fight. It would have been nice to work your way into the UFC instead of instantly making it there. If you played last year's career mode, the trainer from that one returns. He is a welcome addition. I also like that controls will feel instantly familiar to returning players. Submissions have been vastly improved (still not as streamlined as UFC Undisputed 3). This is a great jumping on point in the series. Returning players will also find enough tweaks and changes to upgrade as well.

EA Sports UFC 5 is easily one of the most realistic and intense fighting games I’ve played. From the moment you step into the octagon, the level of detail is impressive—everything from the fighter models to the impact of strikes feels incredibly lifelike. What really stands out is the damage system. You can actually see the effects of each hit over time—cuts, swelling, and fatigue—which adds a whole new layer of strategy. It’s not just button-mashing; you have to think, pace yourself, and adapt during the fight. The controls do take a little time to get used to, especially if you’re new to UFC games, but once it clicks, the gameplay feels smooth and rewarding. Career mode is engaging and gives you a real sense of progression, while online matches add that competitive edge. Overall, this game delivers a true MMA experience. Whether you’re a longtime UFC fan or just enjoy competitive sports games, this one is definitely worth it.

my gaming experience has been nothing short of exhilarating. The game delivers an immersive and realistic portrayal of mixed martial arts, capturing the intensity and strategy of UFC matches. The graphics are impressive, with detailed character animations and lifelike environments that add to the overall authenticity. The diverse roster of fighters and their unique fighting styles provides an engaging and dynamic gameplay experience. The controls are intuitive, allowing both newcomers and seasoned gamers to quickly grasp the mechanics.

UFC 5 delivers impressive graphics and a more realistic fighting system. The gameplay can be challenging at first, but it’s rewarding once you learn the mechanics. It’s a great game for MMA fans and those looking for competitive fun.

EA Sports UFC 5 takes the fight to a whole new level on PlayStation 5. The first thing you’ll notice is how realistic everything looks the graphics are insane. Fighters look almost lifelike, with sweat, bruises, and blood that react in real time. Every punch, kick, and takedown feels heavy and satisfying thanks to the new animations and physics system. Gameplay-wise, UFC 5 feels smoother and more natural than past titles. Striking is more responsive, and the transitions on the ground are easier to control once you get the hang of them. The new damage system adds real strategy you can’t just rush in and swing wild anymore because serious cuts or swelling can stop the fight.

As an older UFC game now, it still holds up! Enjoyed our time with it.

Awesome, one of the best games I’ve ever played. Been really enjoying it. You can have fights with just kicking and boxing to make it easier. Great game , although don’t know why some fighters are locked out from play like Mike Tyson and Bruce Lee plus others.

Great game and graphics are fantastic easy to use and fun to play

The performance of the game really good and the game modes that are offered are enjoyable. Id say UFC 5 is a must buy for any combat sports fan or just any gamer who likes sports gaming.

Got this game for my cousin and he loves it. Good game.
