The Echelon Reflect Mirror has proven to be a great tool for workouts, but with a few caveats. This is the smaller of the two mirrors and it is a decent size but not touch screen. Therefore, navigation on the Reflect requires your phone, which isn’t a problem, however there is a general lag (from the Bluetooth) when it comes to picking your class and it making it onto the screen. Next, there is the connection of a heart monitor. I have had historic issues with connecting my Apple Watch to Echelon products and this was no exception. I even bought the Echelon heart monitor and still, not operational. I am still working to correct the problem because the heart monitor portion assists in getting proper reads on your energy levels and outputs. I will say this product has an excellent price considering the other is nearly $1,000 more. Overall, the Reflect is a decent, good idea for working out at home. The instructors are amazing and you will feel at ease with them, especially if you use any other Echelon products. As far as ways to improve, it’s simple: Echelon could profit from having a monitor that comes with the Reflect so that feature works and there’s record of my workouts. Otherwise, this might be a turnoff. Also, modifying the connectivity technology to reduce the lag would be so beneficial.

Hi. Love my mirror. Looks great on my wall. So many classes. I should use it more than I do to be honest but it looks pretty even on the days I don’t use it.

Product took awhile to get hooked up to internet. Video offerings are a good selection for exercisers.

This mirror gets 0 review. It has not worked since we got it. We will be returning this mirror. The tech came out 2 times and did not know how to install and when he left the mirror was not up and working and we have tried to no avail to get it to work. The mirror sucks.

DO NOT BUY. ECHELON IS AN UNETHICAL COMPANY WITH FRADULENT DEVICE THAT THEY WILL NOT SUPPORT OR REFUND. Unless you enjoy spending time on tech support with polite but ineffectual helpers that can do nothing to resolve your issues. It’s like a future dystopian movie plot- but much more boring. This is the worst exercise product ever that will consume your time and energy in addition to providing zero results. Here’s how: It won’t connect to the internet to provide what it is designed for. I spent over 5 hours trying to connect, including splitting my internet to 2.4 ghz (this is what is uses for tech support). By the way- this will require you to reconnect all your home devices that will be kicked off the router automatically for those that run at 5ghz. I’ve sent pictures, received their simple instructions that were ineffective and then also even plugged in a mouse with a downloaded file on a flash drive that did not update the device and no one at tech support would provide instructions. In the end it never connected and tech support will endeavor to encourage you to contact them on email and not call them and will not provide resolution or help you to live troubleshoot so you can fix it. They will also not follow-up and respond with additional “2nd level” steps to get the device working. Once I requested a return, they went radio silent and ghosted me after several calls and kept telling me to wait for approval. Finally, two week later, they said I was out of the return window! DO NOT BUY. HORRIBLE TECH AND COMPANY.
