Finally set this up and it did not work.

I finally set up this device and tried to get the plugs to work. I charged it and then nothing. It looked like it would power on, but the plugs would not work and the light would not work. I continuously get a 436 error but nothing is plugged into it. It’s now a very expensive paper weight and past the return window. I am incredibly unhappy with this product.

The 436 error is not expected during normal operation, and we'd like the opportunity to help resolve the issue. Please include your unit's serial number and mention the 436 error code so our technical support team can troubleshoot the issue and determine the appropriate warranty or service options.

Bought this for an incoming ice storm. Didn’t end up losin electricity thank goodness but it charged allll my things and will be great for the upcoming storm season!

I worked great for what we were using it for. Used it for most of the day powering up test equipment during a planned power outage. Didn’t even drop a bar on the charge.

I love this battery generator. It works better than my rack UPS unit with less than 10ms switch on and last much longer. It takes in solar and grid power which saves me on energy costs.

I liked the yellow glow light on it I really bought this one for nice layout and 3 outlets and USB outlets considering buying the add on hours battery powered my deep freezer will be using for tv, charging cell phone tablets. flashlights rechargeable items
