Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’m extremely impressed with the ECOVACS DEEBOT X12S PRO OMNI. The 27,000Pa suction is incredibly strong and does a great job picking up dust, crumbs, pet hair, and debris from both hard floors and carpet. The self washing roller mop is one of my favorite features. It cleans the floor thoroughly without leaving it overly wet, and the FocusJet system helps with tougher spots and areas that need extra attention. I also really like the Carpet Shield feature because the robot transitions between hard floors and carpet much more intelligently than older robot vacuums I’ve used. The all in one station makes daily cleaning almost completely hands-free. Having the robot clean and maintain itself saves a lot of time, especially in a larger home. Navigation has been smooth, obstacle avoidance works well, and the app gives plenty of control over rooms, cleaning modes, and schedules. The white design also looks clean and premium. Overall, this is one of the most complete robot vacuum and mop systems I’ve used. Powerful suction, excellent mopping, smart features, and very little maintenance. Definitely worth five stars!

My old robot vacuum didn't have a mopping feature, so I decided to try this one out. I’ve been using it for 10 days now and I’m super happy with it. It cleans and mops really well—the floors are clean and I never have to mop by hand again. My old robot used to get stuck on obstacles and freeze all the time, but this one hasn't done that once. It keeps my carpets dry, and long hair doesn't get tangled in the brush at all. Even my wife is super happy with it!
