This was easy to setup and it comes with an app. It maps out the cleaning area first then it will clean it after the mapping is complete. It works GREAT! The vacuum arrived partly charged but charged fully quickly. It moves from different surfaces (rugs to floors) without any issues and cleans around objects and corners well too.

I love this robot vacuum (I named him the King of Cleans) so much that I don’t even know where to start other than saying it’s worth every penny. I truly have zero complaints and nothing but good things to say about it. It’s expensive, but you truly get what you pay for. My old robot vacuum has gotten stuck in various places in my house, had a small water tank that needed filling daily, etc. This robot vacuum does everything a robot vacuum should do and does it SO well. Setup is easy and guided with very simple instructions printed, then the app guides you through the rest. VACUUM The vacuum is absolutely amazing. I have three dogs that shed. They have a doggy door so they track in dirt (and mud when it’s raining). I regularly find myself saying I can’t believe the floor is so clean. This thing an amazing job vacuuming and not missing a spot. It’s surprisingly quiet even on strong suction, and not loud on turbo. The dog hair barely gets stuck in the brush and hasn’t clogged up the bin at all. It does a good job of auto emptying before that ever becomes a problem. MOP The mopping is also wonderful. To be honest I haven’t thought twice about it other than thinking the floors always look clean. Having a robot with a roller mop instead of mop pads seems to be the biggest difference. There are no streaks and it never misses a spot. It has the option to automatically add cleaning solution to the water, or heavy duty cleaning solution depending on how dirty the floor is. It will also automatically identify extra dirty spots and go back and really scrub it clean. I never have to have it go spot clean or scrub a spot by hand. I’m genuinely impressed by how well it identifies muddy spots. THE DOCK (AKA The Pit Crew) I am blown away by the improvements in technology. This thing empties dirty water, addds clean water, washes the mop, and empties the vacuum. The water tanks are big enough that it can mop the floors regularly and only need to fill up the water maybe once or a week for 1100 square feet of actual floor space (which excludes furniture, appliances). If you only mop 1x a week the tank will last a several weeks. The vacuum empties into a container and the bags last a while. BATTERY LIFE This thing cleans my entire house on a single charge. It never has to go back and recharge halfway through like my old vacuum. Absolutely amazing battery life. APP I could write a whole review about the features in the app. Even if you aren’t a techy person, I promise it is absolutely worth spending some time going through all of the settings in the app and setting everything up to work for you. There are all kinds of settings like how often to empty, how to handle thin rugs, how long to clean the mop, settings to better avoid pets, stain detection, the order it cleans rooms, scheduling cleaning, etc. You can also connect it to Alexa with a skill so you can tell the vacuum to vacuum and mop an area, room, or everything. SUMMARY If you hate vacuuming and mopping, this thing is for you. I never have to follow it or spot clean manually. I can’t say enough good things about it and it’s worth the price.

I’ve got teen girls in the house, so long hair is everywhere, and this thing actually handles it. The suction is strong and the no-tangle feature means I’m not constantly cleaning out hair like with other robots. The mopping does a good job for daily upkeep and keeps floors looking clean, and I like that it cleans the roller as it goes so it’s not just spreading dirty water around. It gets closer to edges than most, and the self-cleaning station is super convenient (just big, so you’ll need space). The app is mostly fine, just occasional minor glitches. Not perfect, but it saves me a lot of time and keeps the floors consistently clean.

This product is of high quality. Having mop and vacuum in same vacuum helps my home to remain clean. Feature of mapping on phone; helps in cleaning odd times. Dual cleaning solution system is added advantage and it not loud noisy as compared to my old robot systems. I will highly recommend this as its good with respect to map navigation, supports multiple floors, cleans thoroughly even edges and noise level is reasonable.

Holy Moly this thing is a game changer! We have two long haired dogs that track in lots of dust, leaves, grass, etc. I didn’t think the mop was going to be a big deal because I just wanted a strong vacuum to pickup all the mess tracked in, boy was I wrong. This thing has my wood floors shining again! I’ve owned many robot vacuums over the years; Roomba, Roborock, Eufy, Dreame this puts them all to shame. It had a little trouble mapping one area that had an oriental rug with fringe on the ends and it wouldn’t vacuum beyond that point. I finally figured out it considered the fringe as an obstacle. I tucked the fringe underneath the rug and it worked like a charm. I called Ecovac and spoke with their support team for this model and they were fantastic. This is worth every penny!
