For me, there is no household chore I detest more than washing windows. So when I saw this, I thought Id try it. Though not spotless... I am very pleased with the job the W2 mini does. My windows had winter-long dirt embedded on it. Now, I did have to remove the bug dirt by hand but the mini did an excellent job of cleaning the windows winter long built up dirt. Set-up was incredibly easy.. just a couple of steps and it's good to go. If anything happened to this one, I would absolutely buy it again. I thought about giving it 4 stars due to having to hand clean some of the corners and scrap off the bug dirt... but because my windows were 95% clean, I felt it deserves 5 start. Yes, there is some work involved such as removing and rinsing the pad, or just making sure it was damp.. but it's soooo easy to do! I highly recommend this product!
