I don't have much experience with these machines (first time owning an espresso machine) but it was fairly easy to set up and use. Coffee comes out good, machine works as intended, everything was solid in my opinion. If i could change something out would be some of the components are made of plastic, but seeing how expensive the high end machines are, a little plastic parts never hurt no one, if it keeps machines like these affordable that do what they're meant to do. Would 100% recommend. Very happy with my purchase. Only rated it 4 starts due to the plastic parts. Otherwise it's a 5 star machine

I have been using this machine for over a week to make fantastic espressos. So much so I have family coming over constantly to have me make them their own drinks! Super easy to operate and even easier to clean. Perfect 5/5 product.
