Overall it’s fast at making ice, love that It dispenses ice by using a button no more kids sticking their hands in the ice basket to grab ice. My only complaint is it seems easy to switch it to cleaning mode but that’s probably more of an issue of my kids not paying attention.

I like the ice quality.the only thing is that it doesn’t keep the ice cold if you don’t remove it from the machine it melts

This little appliance is a huge upgrade to the kitchen. It’s compact and everyone in the house is happy to use it. The nugget ice maker enhances drinks making them more enjoyable. It’s easy to use and maintenance is not difficult with the self-cleaning feature. Everything is automated other than adding water to the tray.

I owned a name brand nugget icemaker that cost 3 times more than the Chillio and was replaced 3 times in 2 years. This Chillio is user friendly, in that it is easier to set up, maintain, clean, and produces great nuggets. While all icemakers make funny noises, the Chillio is tolerable. Our Chillio runs 24-7. The Chillio is half the size of the name brand icemaker we previously owned, but produces nuggets faster due to being compact. We hosted a small dinner party over the 4th and the Chillio produced enough ice for the event.

The size of the icemaker makes it great for the countertop. It has a small footprint and works great for producing ice as needed. It runs quietly, compared to the other larger icemaker we had and produces enough ice to meet our (two of us) needs.

Very nice and compact ice maker. Love the double feature of using the nugget ice for ice bags on ours kids bruises. Easy to use and very happy with this purchase.

This nugget ice make is really nice and easy to use. Does not take up a lot of space and is actually pretty quite while making ice

This product produces excellent quality ice very quickly. The water tank is spacious and convenient to access. The touch to dispense button is responsive and easy to use. Considering the small footprint of the device, it actually holds a surprisingly large amount of ice. If you never need much more than 3 cups of nugget ice at a time, this is the product for you.

It’s so slick, quiet, and elegant but the instructions suck! i still don’t even know how to work it exactly. i pressed for clean per lit icon but still remains lit. they def should of worked on their guides

Works great. Ice is tiny chewable cubes and not the fluffy tiny cubes. Great for quick mixed drinks and of course regular beverages as well.

I'm an ice eater, this nugget ice maker fills the bill! In less time than a cube maker, you can have a glass of ice nuggets to munch on. It will keep making ice. Just keep water in the tank.

This ice maker is like gas monkey garage, fast and loud. I bought it because every review said it was quiet. It is not quiet unless its off/not making ice. It does look nice and makes great nugget ice though. After a week I moved it out of the kitchen and into the gym so I can't hear it as much.

I love my new ice maker!! Everything is running very smoothly with it. Very minimal noise. Run don’t walk, to get yours. You’re going to love it!!

We absolutely love the product. Love the fact that the ice has an automatic dispense out of the front of the machine. No mess. Easy water refill. Fantastic Machine. We have loved the machine from the time we plugged it in. The reason I am not giving it a 5 star is because it has developed a loud noise on occasional after only a couple of weeks of service. We use as extra ice for the summer time plus it is very nice for a delicious cold crisp soda.

Product works great an is very user friendly, i would say my only issue is its wanting to self clean more than normal

I was very excited to upgrade my ice maker to this Ecozy Chillio. The auto dispenser looked very interesting as did the design of the ice machine. I let the machine sit upright for a day to let the coolant settle as the instructions recommend. I set the machine up on my countertop, filled it with water, plugged it in, and let it settle some more. I came back after 10 minutes to turn it on when I noticed a puddle of water underneath the machine. The water was leaking out from the bottom of the machine! I brought it to my sink and water ended up pouring from every crack and screw. I dispensed the water, checked the hose and screws once more but did not notice anything out of the ordinary. I gave it one more shot, filling the water reservoir and leaving the machine next to my sink in case it leaked again. After a couple minutes, a puddle formed underneath the machine. I dispensed the water once more and decided to return the machine. I've bought a few no name brand machines before and decided to go once more with a no name brand but with a better looking model. After returning this machine, I went with a known name brand machine - the GE Opal Mini - and have been very happy with the machine so far.
