I love this nugget ice maker. It makes ice fast and runs super quietly. I used to go out almost every single day just to buy Sonic-style ice for my daily coffee, but this machine completely removes that hassle. It has a compact, modern design that fits perfectly on my stand right next to my slushy machine.

Overall it’s fast at making ice, love that It dispenses ice by using a button no more kids sticking their hands in the ice basket to grab ice. My only complaint is it seems easy to switch it to cleaning mode but that’s probably more of an issue of my kids not paying attention.

I've previously purchased another nugget ice maker from Ecozy and thought it was pretty great. My old unit didn’t give out, but I wanted an upgrade that offered a bit more automation rather than having to manually scoop the ice out every time. With this dispenser, I just push a button and the ice drops right into my cup! Keep in mind that while it easily fits standard tall cups (even 24-ounce ones), if you're trying to fill a taller or wider insulated tumbler like a 30oz or 40oz mug, you will likely need to fill a regular glass first and then dump it into your tumbler. There are so many features I love about this model. First, the automated cleaning function is a game-changer. While you still need to do some basic maintenance over the sink to dump out the residual water, it handles a huge portion of the nasty buildup itself with a simple button press, saving you from spending 30 minutes scrubbing and making sure everything is clean. I also love how much ice it makes at a time and how much it holds in the top compartment. The design is sleek and modern, and it looks perfect sitting on my kitchen counter next to my stand mixer. It produces plenty of ice to keep up with demand, and my family of five is super pleased with it. This is definitely a keeper in our kitchen—if I could give it 10 stars, I would!

I like the ice quality.the only thing is that it doesn’t keep the ice cold if you don’t remove it from the machine it melts

I honestly love this ice maker! It makes ice so quickly, and the nugget ice is perfect for my drinks. I was also pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is. You can barely hear it running, which is a huge plus if you have it sitting on your kitchen counter. The size is perfect for a countertop too. It doesn’t take up a bunch of space, but it still makes plenty of ice. My favorite part might be how hands-free it is. Once you get it going, you really don’t have to constantly mess with it. It’s also super easy to use. I’m not even exaggerating when I say a kid could use it without messing anything up. The controls are simple and there’s really no complicated setup or constantly trying to figure out what it’s doing. Overall, this has been one of those purchases where I’m like, “Why didn’t I get this sooner?” If you like nugget ice and want something convenient, quiet, and easy to use, I definitely recommend it!

This is an excellent nugget ice maker that exceeds expectations in almost every area. It requires no setup, no fuss, just put in cold water and in 10 mins you'll have crystal clear perfect chewable ice nuggets. We have been using this almost entire summer and we can't get enough. It has an automatic dispenser as well, makes it easy to grab some ice, much better than scooping. Couple of things to keep in mind: 1. Immediately after unboxing, let the ice maker stand for a few hours, or else it will leak water. I thought mine was broken, but after leaving it overnight, it started working fine. 2. Run the clean cycle before using. I saw some black particles in the ice on first run, but after a clean cycle, everything looks nice and clean. Highly recommended if you want fuss free and quick nugget ice at home.

Not only does it make my favorite shape ice, but I can get it in less than 5 minutes extramation point, it's amazing how fast this machine works. And I cannot believe I had life without this..

This little appliance is a huge upgrade to the kitchen. It’s compact and everyone in the house is happy to use it. The nugget ice maker enhances drinks making them more enjoyable. It’s easy to use and maintenance is not difficult with the self-cleaning feature. Everything is automated other than adding water to the tray.

I owned a name brand nugget icemaker that cost 3 times more than the Chillio and was replaced 3 times in 2 years. This Chillio is user friendly, in that it is easier to set up, maintain, clean, and produces great nuggets. While all icemakers make funny noises, the Chillio is tolerable. Our Chillio runs 24-7. The Chillio is half the size of the name brand icemaker we previously owned, but produces nuggets faster due to being compact. We hosted a small dinner party over the 4th and the Chillio produced enough ice for the event.

The size of the icemaker makes it great for the countertop. It has a small footprint and works great for producing ice as needed. It runs quietly, compared to the other larger icemaker we had and produces enough ice to meet our (two of us) needs.

Very nice and compact ice maker. Love the double feature of using the nugget ice for ice bags on ours kids bruises. Easy to use and very happy with this purchase.

This product produces excellent quality ice very quickly. The water tank is spacious and convenient to access. The touch to dispense button is responsive and easy to use. Considering the small footprint of the device, it actually holds a surprisingly large amount of ice. If you never need much more than 3 cups of nugget ice at a time, this is the product for you.

It’s so slick, quiet, and elegant but the instructions suck! i still don’t even know how to work it exactly. i pressed for clean per lit icon but still remains lit. they def should of worked on their guides

Works great. Ice is tiny chewable cubes and not the fluffy tiny cubes. Great for quick mixed drinks and of course regular beverages as well.
