I received this item in January and I was so excited! I used the recommended cleaning schedule and followed the instructions, only used filtered water, and it started making this screaming loud screeching sound. So, I cleaned it again. Then, it stopped pulling the water to make ice. I’m left with a $200 nightlight. I would not recommend this product.

Amazing ice maker with water tester. Especially great for cocktails.

I enjoy the compact design for slim counter space. The ice drawer can get stuck if not closed all the way and then the water melts onto the counter. I wish the ice drawer would hinge better at just the top to open instead of sliding it all out. We go through a lot of ice so we are always refilling it. If it had an extra tank or ability to tap into a water line it woukd be more ideal for us. Overall a good choice!

Purchased this ice maker in December because it was nice and compact and seemed to be s good deal. It worked fine for about a month, but then I noticed black plastic specks in the ice and the machine was louder than normal. I did several deep cleanings, over multiple days, as suggested and elevated the machine (for the noise) but the issues still remain. After trying to contact the manufacturer a few times with no success, I finally did a Google search and read where this was a common issue with this model. Needless to say, I ended up purchasing another model from a different manufacturer. I cant speak to the other models of Ecozy.. but don’t waste your time or money on this one!

I recently received this ice maker and was very happy with the results. My previous icemaker took roughly 30 min to get a good amount of ice. This one does it in half the time. The water tank is very big. The noise also is very minimal. In terms of features, the auto on timer is awesome. There are many things that make this one worth the purchase especially when ice makers in refrigerators tend to go bad so quickly.

VERY LOUD! I love the ice this machine makes, but this is very loud. I'm at the point of moving it to my laundry room because we can't hear the tv. It also needs cleaned pretty frequently.

This ice maker is so awesome its small and fashionable. Quiet and make ice fast. Cleaning was a breeze. I just love love love this ice maker. Totally recommend.

I always wanted a nugget Ice machine however, they can be a bit pricey. When I found this one it was at a good price. I love it. I have nugget ice finally and the product works great.

This is the worst ice maker. Terrible smell of chemical with all the ice. I have cleaned it numerous times. Only had for under a month. Customer service was horrible. I took into my local Best Buy store in Davenport Iowa and they were not helpful whatsoever!!!! Will never buy again

Bought this ice maker for my wife and she uses it every morning to make her iced coffee. She loves it!
