I charged 2 sets of headphones overnight. The blue light indicating that it's fully charged didn't come on. Any thoughts?

How Can I put back the ear cushion if it comes out accidentally?
I used the corner of a credit card to gently slide the cover back around the ear piece. It actually went on fairly easy this way.
