So far, I have only one issue with this washer & that is small items, like socks, get caught between the rubber molding and the door. Outside of that, the washer is quiet, has lots of options and looks absolutely stunning!!

Only had it for a few days but so far it's a washer. The snow dirt/mud stains on my couch cushion covers are still there. I washed a duvet and some socks and the sock got pushed into the massive gasket gap (see photo). Regular clothes come out clean and so far nothing has glitched, leaked, or errored out, so it's fine. Just not blown away by the ~eLeCtRoLuX~ experience so far. Disclaimer, it's my first front loader so maybe socks get stuck in all of them.

This was washer came with the option of left or right door swing, which was my main reason for purchasing this brand. The washer is quiet, and easy enough for my husband to use! Gets clothes clean and the options are plentiful but not overboard! Love it!

Great so far, it does everything I need to, the clothes are clean, they're fairly dry and there's lots of options for temp and speed control. The only criticism goes for all front loaders which is that small items sometimes get stuck between the door and the seal meaning they don't get spun as part of removing the water, but this is normal.

While we waited an extra two months, it has performed flawlessly. The normal setting gets heavy stains out without having to use heavy. It also holds a ton of laundry and on max spin, it comes out almost dry.

My wife and I purchased this washer 2 years ago. My wife absolutely loved the washer and it worked great. Well, that is until one day she went to see if the washer was done to throw the clothes into the dryer. She then found water running out of the bottom of the washer non stop. I turned the actual water off tot he unit and it quit running. The mother board must have gotten wet because the setting s were not what she had it set at and the door wouldn't unlock because it was in the middle of a wash cycle. Luckily we purchased the Geek Squad protection. I called and schedule for them to come assess the washer. Turns out that the intake where the water comes in from the hose had cracked and was having water fly all over the internal parts of the machine. Everything got wet and they had to fully replace the unit. after 3 different delivery attempts in 3 weeks. They couldn't get us a new washer because they couldn't source it from the manufacturer. We ended up getting a different brand and model. Buyer beware!!! If you buy this, buy the extended warranty... Best $170 I spent...

Hi, JimN! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with your washer. We’re glad to hear your wife initially loved the machine, but we’re truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the water leak and subsequent issues.
It’s unfortunate that the intake cracked and led to internal damage, and we understand how difficult it must have been waiting for a replacement that couldn’t be sourced promptly. We appreciate you highlighting the value of the extended warranty—it’s great to know it provided some peace of mind during this challenging situation.
Your feedback is important, and we will share it with our product and service teams to help improve the quality and availability of our products moving forward.
If there’s anything further we can do to assist you, please join us via Live Chat at www.electrolux.ca or call our Customer Care Team at 1-800-265-8352. Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, and we will be happy to assist in any way we can. - Patrick

Excellent washer with great cycle options especially if you decide to use Pods of Liquid detergent. When washer is done I leave the door open and the detergent draw open to dry. This washer also has the option to switch the door f opening convenience. Clothes are very clean. I'm very happy with this purchase. If you are short get the pedestals it will save your back from bending.

This is as much for the manufacturing as it is for the four times (and counting) I've had Best Buy out to fix this thing. The first installers mixed up the hot and cold water flows, left the door so it crashed into the dryer, and didn't level the unit, running out as quickly as possible to get to the next gig and assuring me everything was fine. The second team came out several days later, fixed the water hookups, and moved the door to open to the right, but still didn't level anything, which meant significant drainage issues and water pooling in the gasket. With the door reversed, it now doesn't close properly, so I had to call customer service again to schedule a third appointment. After looking at the machine for ~2 minutes, the tech said I needed an entirely new machine because there's something wrong with the mechanism to latch the door. This will be fourth time someone has come out to try and get this washer to work. I've had (and loved) Electrolux washers & dryers since 2017 and have had zero issues before. But the quality of the manufacturing and overall product has definitely gone downhill since the pandemic, and it feels incredibly wasteful to have to get a new washer all because a few holes were drilled incorrectly. A word to Best Buy — pay your contractors and subcontractors well so they don't feel like they can't spend the time needed to properly install $1k appliances and have to come back multiple times to fix shoddy workmanship. This has taken so many hours of my life I can never get back.

This is my first stackable, front load washer and I am so glad that I switched. I have it for 3 week and so far it is the best machine I have owned. There are several cycles and all work effectively and efficiently. It's is fairly quiet and the spin cycle leaves clothes just slightly damp, so a lot less dryer time is needed. Very happy so far.

So far this machine has been great, it's been easy to maintain and it seems to be well made. I did my research and looked at pretty much every washer and dryer unit out there and I found Electrolux to be the best quality for the best price.

Just over one month old with only a two wash history. However, anything in working order would look good to me after my 2006 Front Load LG washing machine drum went bust. Although 17 years before dying is an excellent performance for the LG washer, this Electrolux washer had mostly positive reviews, so I went with it for a change. Hope it lasts at least the next 17 years like the LG did.

Purchased this washer February 2023 and I do not have any issue with it thus far. We do laundry regularly and as long as you take care of it, it is reliable.

We ordered this Electrolux stackable front load washing machine about a month ago, but are still waiting for it to be delivered due to it being on backorder. Electrolux is a premium brand so we have positive expectations for it. If it is not, this review will be updated.

This washer is excellent - it’s super quiet while running and has a lot of settings to pick from to get clothes clean and with minimal damage to finer fabrics!
