Purchased a washer and gas dryer set. After a several week wait. It was a Bad start on delivery day. They sent an electric dryer. Went to store and the manager "Jeff" was super extremely helpful. 2 1/2 weeks later the replacement gas dryer arrived. NOT GOOD. Dent in side. C'MON MAN! . A snarky Customer Service rep called offered me $100. In a gift card. Refusing it I went Back to Jeff. Seriously this guy is a "GEM" He took off another $ 212.00 and got me $160 on a gift card. The dent is on the side and not all that noticeable to me. As for their preformance. They are fine. They wash as they should and dry completely. Here is the deall though. They would not beable to sell the dryer as new. It'll damaged. Look on their website open boxed damage ones go for 38- 43% off. They still did not come close to that for me. I went through a 45 day wait to receive what I should havevin the first place. I ll use the hift card on something and probably not go back feeling they short changed me.

Mother board fried after 2 weeks. Waiting 2 more weeks on a new one.
