I prefer this brand of Yoga videos specifically for this instructor. She's calming without getting too spiritual or weird. Other than that it's hard to review this as these kinds of products are very much "your mileage may vary" kinds of deals. I've been happy with my results after using 2-3 of these dvds regularly.
