This screen has a nice low profile when not being used. Remote control works as long as you stay within 6' of the screen. It is a bit slow to go down and up, but does so quietly. very happy with our purchase.

This rating only reflects the customer service and return experience, as I never opened or used the product, so I cannot comment on the actual screen quality. I originally purchased the screen during a remodeling project, but after changing the furniture layout, I no longer needed it. Since the item remained unopened and unused, I requested a return. The issue was with the return process through the third-party seller. Store drop-off was not allowed, and the item had to be shipped back to their warehouse. I would have been fine with that if a return shipping label had been provided, but the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Additionally, the return policy states that up to a 25% restocking fee may be charged if the item is opened or “deemed necessary.” On a $600 purchase, that could result in a $150 deduction at the seller’s discretion. On top of that, shipping quotes to return the unopened item ranged from approximately $150–$200. In total, returning an unused product could potentially cost nearly half of the original purchase price. I believe customers should carefully review these return policies before purchasing.

Works great no adjustments needed. Easy to follow instructions. Elite screens online customer support is also very helpful when I was deciding what screen to get.
