I wanted this so bad because I love Ella Mai's voice and these songs. I was excited to get it but was saddened when the first disc skipped horribly on both sides. I had issues with returning and reordering/being sent a replacement [Thanks BestBuy ;) ]so I did some online research. I saw everyone suggesting getting a carbon brush or something like that, which might be something one might need, however I didn't want to wait for that. In continuing my research, I read that you could also use a microfiber cloth (or the cloth you use to clean glasses) and distilled water [they stressed the fact that it needed to be distilled water] to wipe it off. So I tried it. I used one of those turby twist hair wrap towels (for after you wash your hair) and poured a little distilled water on the towel and then wiped the disc in a circular pattern with the grooves. I waved it in the air a little to air dry it a bit and then played it. No more skips on side one. On side two, the last song was skipping so I stopped it and repeated the wiping process, making sure I got up there where the needle was spinning during that song. When I played it again, the song played through perfectly. I hope this helps someone!

Not sure what's wrong with the record or if I can even get my money back but it doesnt play well at all. Skips like crazy and that's all 3 records. Definitely regret buying it.
