I am a long-time Ember user. I opted for the new Ember 3 and love all of its improvements. My only criticism is that I wish I knew you were releasing a 16 oz version. I would have preferred it. I can’t justify buying another one as I have two perfectly good Ember 2s and the new Ember 3. The next thing I want Ember to work on is keeping a skin from forming on my coffee with half and half. The lid helps but does not eliminate it. Keep up the good work.

I love it! If a drink is supposed to be served hot, that’s how I want it, and the Ember mug 3 does that for me. Also, I was finally able to get the color I wanted, a bonus!

Amazing product!

I like the mug but I wish it was easier to turn on with the app. It always seems to be fussy when turning it on or off.

For dome readon I have to re-pair it EVERY MORNING, which I fo not love.

It accomplishes the purpose of keeping my tea warm, long enough to drink. I am not sure what would possess the company to put a power button on the bottom of a drinking cup. The button is also very stiff so to make any temperature changes during a cup you obviously risk spilling or splashing on your lap. The gasket around the lid of the cup is not airtight so it constantly drips every time you take a drink down your chin. I will enjoy the cup, but probably not buy another one unless they make some improvements.

I love the new colors and love my mug but I will say that the update from the Ember Mug 2 isn’t really worth the upgrade. I don’t want to use a cover and so I don’t really notice much of a difference in battery life and the settings you can utilize on the outside of the mug are finicky (tough to navigate with a full mug) and I just set it on the app once and forget about it. It’s basically the same as the 2nd version in my opinion.

The ultimate recipient - our soon to be son-in-law loves it and took it to work at his clinic and treatment center. Great gift!

I’m a collector. I wasn’t going to get the new Mug 3 but when it finally was available in a 16oz version (only in black sadly), I had to have the convenience of a mug with the capacity of a tumbler. And there was a $20 coupon code! (Though with everything I own, Ember should only charge me half price. ) I still have 4 of the original 14oz. Sliding lids with the black, white and red sliders, and I have the black, white and red mugs. (I bought the last 14oz. Red mug 2 that was brand new in cellophane, available anywhere, about 9-10 months ago. ) They used to have nice color packaging for the sliding lids that came with 3 colors, but now they just come in a tiny chipboard box with only a black slider. 1 star deduction for that. Most of my 14oz. Mug 2 collection are still brand new in their boxes. Same for one of my Tumblers. I think I have more of their products than any other customer. For all the new colors of Mug 3, the sliding lids that come with them should match the color of the mug. And I doubt they will add more colors to the 16oz. Mug 3, just as they only had black for the 16oz. Tumblers (though the Tumbler 2 are available in 4 colors, I think). I probably would have chosen a white 16oz. Mug 3 if one was available, as I have a white slider that I could put on the 16oz. included sliding lid. I just have enough black mugs already, and a white 16oz. would have been nice as a choice. And why are there no “replacement sliding lids for the 16oz. Mug 3” yet? I would have bought a spare! I was curious about the Tumbler 2, but now that I have a 16oz. Mug 3 I have absolutely no need for one.

Love the ease of use. I haven’t put in dishwasher yet but it’s nice to know I can.

I love all the Ember products and the travel mug does not disappoint. I have one big favor can you design a car charger for the new one. Please:blush::blush::pray::skin-tone-4:. Ember is just perfect. I will admit we have 5 travel mugs and 4 cups over the life span of the product. But if you could also creat a complimentary sip lid like the 12oz. for the new one? Thank You!

This mug was almost impossible to pair and program. The returm process

The dishwasher ability is nice to have, but the battery still is not sufficient. It is a quality mug, built well and keeps the liquid warm longer. However, the battery really drains quickly and not at a top heat level. The lid is a good mitigation to that, but if you're expecting long battery, it likely won't meet that.
