Summer of humidity is blocked by this crisp, cool window unit. I did the research for energy efficiency, price, sound and coverage. Runs quiet! Fairly easy to install - moderate weight so I needed a partner to help secure it in the window. The shipping box is interesting - slides off. Overall a 5-star recommend. Don't live with an old clunky unity. This is on track to pay for itself the first summer.

This is a good air conditioner. It does well in a small apartment as long as you keep the place closed up. On a 95+ day, I can keep my place at about 75 degrees. I also like that this is a smart device. Except when used with Alexa it displays some unusual temps. when I set the AC to 68 it shows 154 on the Alexa screen. Hopefully, this will be corrected at some point. However, it is not a game-breaker for me. I know what the real temp is.

Despite it being the hottest month of the year- this unit kicked butt. We prefer to sleep in colder rather than warmer temps and this unit makes that possible! Quiet too! easily paired to smart app for easy on/off capabilities and remote is simple to use if desired.

Perfect for a small upstairs bedroom. Love the features, especially the remote control. Definitely a must buy.

I never got my air-conditioner. I've called 5 different times, 40+ minute wait each time. The only support options available don't match my issue!!! I tried to call my local store, they're not accepting phone calls at this time. I ordered online, I shouldn't have to go to the store to get this resolved. Not my favorite store anymore. Taking a loss and closing my accout.
