It's a quiet unit and the size is right but it doesn't cool the room as I expected based on the BTU's - not sure why

Cools great. App does not work and is in Chinese. However, the “Smart Life” app is compatible, and works well

Failed after 4 months. Emerson says the company that made it went out of business. They have no warranty. Sorry. http://www.emersonquietkool.com/
