I am so glad I found this Air Conditioner. I have a home built in 1883 and the windows are very narrow which makes it difficult to find a unit with 12,000 BTU to fit. The unit was easy to install and works wonderfully. The other units I have used have not been able to cool down the space and this unit does it very quickly.

Adapting unit to a casement window in basement. Fits ok and will cool and dehumidify the area when Summer gets hot. Liked it better, efficient wise, then the portable units which require venting to the outside. Does what I need it to do and Best Buy price matched.

Works pretty well. The front filter cover rattled a lot, but we wedged a small piece of paper on either side and it stopped. Paid more than I wanted to, but didn't have a choice because I had to buy at the end of summer because my 14 year old AC died.

Very good A/C just not as quiet as specified. Has many great settings and also heat pump. Well worth the money but would’ve been even better if it wasn’t as loud as it is. Not saying it’s obnoxious but you know it’s there for sure.

Good value, the sliders are a little cheap but it definitely cools 500 - 600 SF easily

It cools the entire downstairs pretty well, but it's not as quiet as it implies. One thing I've noticed with AC units is that the plastic front panel (rattling) is sometimes the noisiest thing ... not the compressor ... and that's the case here.

I was surprised this air conditioner was not as loud as other reviews stated because it had a low sound when on low speed. It really cooled my 400 sq ft room.

12,000 BTU easily cools 365 sq feet even in the hottest weather. A little noisy in our smaller area.

I am very satisfied with product. Cools off big size room quickly. I have to turn off because it get too cold.

I researched many window units and decided on this air conditioner. I am happy I did. It works very well and is exceptionally quiet. Easy to install. The remote with many settings makes things easy.

It cools off my whole living room. Really needed this.

Now have two of these and plan on a third. Moves a lot of air, cools very well, and is really quiet. Not the cheapest, but ya get what ya pay for.

This unit cools and dehumidifies or 600 square foot garage. Strong air flow and quickly cooled the garage at installation and has continued to operate and cool on Eco mode thereafter. Relatively quiet operation and no additional noises as compressor engages. Very happy and will purchase another when needed.

This is a very good air conditioner, has saved me a lot on my electricity bill

Great running ac unit cools very well and seems very well built not like them cheaper models. I will buy another one for my down stairs.
