My mom lives with my family and I because it is hard for her to move around on her own these days. She spends a lot of time in bed covered in blankets. She gets cold rather easily so she has a heater in her room to help warm her up. When the heater needs to be adjusted and the remote doesn’t register, she needs to get out of bed to change the settings. I wanted to get her a heater where she wouldn’t have to keep popping out of bed to make quick adjustment. So I replaced her old heater with the SmartVoice one. And it has been a blessing. My mother is able to use the voice controlled heater reliably without having to get out of bed. The heater can hear her commands from across the room and gives voice responses when changes are made. The response time is quick and the controls are simple enough for people who don’t like too much complexities in their devices. Thanks to smartvoice, my mom now stays warm without have to get up.

This heater is shorter than my old one, but it definitely packs the same heat. I love the voice command feature because I can change the temperature from across the room without putting down what I’m doing. The remote is a nice backup. Great for small to medium rooms."
