I’ve had this beverage cooler for a few months, and while I say the operation is steady and is performing as advertised, the quality and workmanship are lacking. At this price point, the unit is cheaply built with cheap parts. The exterior has hard 45-degree corners that miter together to look very low-end. The racks are very flimsy and buckle under the slightest weight, which makes the beverages tilt sideways or backwards depending on the shape of the bottle base. I can’t get the clean, even row of drinks I covet. Items placed too close to the front of the rack cause the rack to tip downward until the rack reaches the back ceiling of the unit. Pushing the drinks back 3 or 4 inches solves this problem. The manufacturer says they do not have replacement racks. Overall, this unit is okay, and my only reason for spending this kind of money is I wanted a unit to fit my dishwasher opening perfectly, and this did the trick. Stretch the screen to see the bends in the racks compared to the beverages on them.
