I make steamed buns couple times a week with my wooden rolling pin and have been always looking for a non-wooden one but not plastic one and this is just the one I like… a food grade stainless steel. It’s big and heavy enough to make dough rolling job easier. The design of water filling and flour filling on the both end of the rolling pin is really creative. Yet, the water filling feature somehow makes the pin unbalanced when in use. I feel one end is heavier than the other after water being filled. Because of that, I’m not sure if I’ll make good use of the featue. But I’m sure I’ll enjoy a mold-free rolling pin.
