The Energizer ultimate 15W MagSafe magnetic universal 3 in 1 wireless car charger is great for my on-the-go lifestyle. Using this charger and mount in my car always keeps me ready. Included in the box is a 15W magnetic MagSafe charger with windshield mount, air vent mount, and dash mount, along with a USB-C cable. It’s a very universal design that allows flexibility for different preferences and vehicles. I have tried all the mounts, and they all work very well to keep the phone in place while I’m driving around my town. If you require a plug adapter, that will be something you need to purchase separately. The power output is 15W for a MagSafe compatible iPhone or smartphone device. Fast wireless charging is very handy when I’m in the car and going to kid’s practices or in between work meetings. A short drive or visit to the car can help to top off my phone batter before I head to my next appointment. I have liked the ultra slim design and the aluminum housing because it looks modern. The aluminum housing on the charger is beneficial because it helps to distribute the heat created in the phone while charging. The neck on the charger base is moveable and easy to adjust for the right viewing angle for your preference. I like to use my phone in the car for both landscape and portrait viewing. The magnetic charger will allow for easy usage in both formats while still charging efficiently. The integrated LED light on the charger gives me a quick visual confirmation that the device is charging. For additional peace of mind, Energizer’s PowerSafe Management helps to ensure a safe recharging solutions to protect against short circuits.

I’m still driving a car without Apple Carplay/Android Auto, so I need a place to put it on my dash when using navigation. I used to have a clamp, which was fine, but it required me to manually plug in a wired charging cable. Not a big deal, but it would be nice to just have my phone start charging once it’s on my mount. I’m rocking a Pixel 10 Pro which has magnets. Most iPhone users will have them, but Android is a little scattershot. If you have magnets and desire charging your phone while mounted on your dash/windshield, this is a good product to go with - especially given its price point. IN THE BOX Conveniently, you get a wide range of ways to mount the charger to your car. It includes a vent clip, a dash mount (adhesive backing that sticks to your dash), and a suction cupped arm that can attach to the inside of your windshield. You obviously get the magnet and a USB-C cable. Not included, probably to keep the price down, is a car charger adapter. You’ll need to make sure you pick one up that has a USB-C cable/port. I did find the included USB-C cable a little short, I would have appreciated a longer cable (I like to hide the cable in the dash and route it to the charging port). DISCUSSION OF FEATURES This delivers 15W fast charging via magnet. This is the Qi2 standard. There are some wireless chargers pushing even faster charging at 25W but I find the 15W to be sufficient. For me, I’m not trying to fast charge my phone, I primarily want to keep the battery from draining while having GPS open and the screen on. It does a good job of that. The magnet is pretty powerful. I was not concerned in the least about my phone falling off in the least. Marketing on the box of the device claims it can hold 6 iPhones (not sure how to verify that). In any event, it was not an issue. I like how the magnet itself is plug and play, meaning there’s not a power cable soldered into it, so you can use your own, longer cable if you’d like. What it doesn’t have, is a fan to cool your device. Using other similar chargers, I found my device cooling down and not charging well because of heat (I had mine attached to the windshield. Now this was the hot summer months. What I found with this other charger, it would keep my battery at the same level when I put it on but it wouldn’t charge it anymore. So, with the Energizer, I was interested in the vent mount, whereby my vents would be blowing cold air onto my phone to keep it cool and allow it to charge. I first clipped it onto my vent, which was dead simple. And for a few days it worked great, I had my phone to the right side of the wheel (I used my vent near the center console of my Honda Pilot). However, my audio started acting finicky. My audio was turning on and off. Come to realize, the magnet was interfering with my radio. Once I moved the magnet, my radio acted normal. This interference issue might only cause problems with certain cars (I really have no idea) and while it wasn’t a dealbreaker by any means, I found it annoying. I moved my vent clip to the left side of the steering wheel but the USB-C cable didn’t quite reach my charger. I wanted to avoid windshield mounting (for the reasons I explained above) and attaching it to my dash would cause problems with interference (the only flat part of my dash is immediately above my radio). But once I put a longer cable in, I was able to keep my phone hooked to my left vent, cooled by the A/C, and charging appropriately without any interference. I don’t think the magnetic interference is something attributable to this particular device, I imagine it’s a problem that applies to all magnetic chargers. Just something to consider when making your purchase. CONCLUSION This is a convenient magnetic charger at a great price with various mounting options. You will need to get a car charger adapter if you don’t have one, and you will need to keep in mind placement of the device depending on your car and the prospect of interference.

This car charger and phone holder is a good buy, especially for the price, because its design lets you mount it in one of three ways, giving you plenty of placement options. It holds the phone securely and charges fast. It is Qi-compatible with MagSafe Apple phones and delivers 15W at 2A with 9V input and output. It also works with Android phones. What’s Good About It: It allows hands-free placement and can be positioned in a convenient, ergonomic location for the driver. Each mounting bracket has a ball joint that lets you position it at the exact angle you need. Because it is powered, it can charge continuously while driving. It charges while also providing overload protection. It offers three interchangeable mounting options, all easy to install without tools. The mounting options include an air vent attachment, a suction windshield bracket with extension flexibility, and a 3m adhesive semi-permanent dash mount. The USB-C cable is more than long enough at around 3 ft. I was able to tuck the cable into the dashboard seams to hide most of it along its pathway from the charger/mounting bracket to the USB connection. This gives the installation a more finished appearance. The magnetic strength of the magnet holds the phone very securely, and I feel confident that it will in most situations. However, if you have a MagSafe phone, make sure you use a MagSafe case, so it magnetizes to the magnet and stays secure. Otherwise, it will just slide off the charger. Cons: With 9 volts going into the charger and 9 volts coming out, the phone can get warm to hot during extended periods of use. Still, it is easy to unplug the charger and continue using the mount to hold your phone if you are driving long distances and it is already charged. This still keeps it in a convenient viewing position for the driver, especially if you are using your phone for navigation. The plastic used in the design is weaker than some, and I question its long-term durability, especially in extreme heat and cold temperatures. I do recommend this product. It is a useful design and charges your phone quickly. For me, the vent mount is a perfect installation that lets me keep my eyes on the road while still glancing at the screen.

This is an excellent Magsafe charger! Despite the fact that my iPhone it's magsafe compatible i have been using an older support that always made my phone fly when i was getting on a highway. Now since i tried with this Energizer Wireless charger for my car i can tell you that i am really contempt. The main characteristic of this CHARGER IS THE STRONG HOLDING magnet, it's really what it's all that's about. I have tested it in harsh conditions of driving and now i'm finally at peace that my phone won't ever fly from it's support ever again. I'm personally using the Vent-Clip, it's super sturdy and doesn't vibrate or do any kind of unwanted things, it delivers a fast charging and a slim design that blends really well with my car. It's bice to have the other 2 options -Suction arm and dash support. The suction arm i might switch to that in different driving conditions (like a long road trip maybe) but for my liking the air-vent clip just does the job, it keeps my phone ready to go at all times and it's super close to where i need it to be. All in all i like the sturdiness and the versatility of the product, i think that if you have a magsafe compatible phone, this is a must-have in your car!

I’ve been trying to be more aware of using hands free in the car, especially with so many accodents happening due to distracted drivers. i really don't like the ones that clip onto the air vent because they tend to beNd the vent downward or blocks the airflow. I saw this one from Energizer, and I was intrigued since it is such a popular brand. I wanted to use the suction but because of my dash curve, it would not work. And I did not want to attach it to the windshield because it impedes my sunshield when parked. So the next best place was the area next to the info center. It sticks on rather well, and you can remove it easily by pulling the tab. The adjusting arms are simply to loosen and tighten as well. The magsafe magnet is really strong, and it holds my iPhone up at the perfect height and angle. The accompanying charing cable is usb-a to usb-c, which works doe my car because it still has usb-a ports. It charges well and my phone doesn’t get warm st all. I noticed that it also came with the vent clip, but I did not use it.

I've been looking for a phone charger mount for my new vehicle and I ended up getting this Energizer Ultimate 15W MagSafe 3-in-1. I was looking for something that can secure my phone while driving. I've been using the cupholder and another slot in my SUV lately. - Design/Build/Unboxing - Opening the box, the charger is exactly what I expected. It's a 3-in-1 so there's multiple pieces based on what kind of setup you want. You can clip to your vent (I used this one), mount to your dash, or there's a windshield suction cup. There's also a USB-C cable. I ran the included USB-C cable straight from the charger directly to the USB-C port in my car. If your vehicle doesn't have built-in USB-C ports, you will need to pick up an adapter, but I assume you already have a method of plugging in your phone. This can be used in tandem with the charger. - Specs & Features - It's wireless charging and it's 15W so it's fast enough to keep your battery charging even if you're running Navigation or streaming music. It's built for Magsafe so if you have a Magsafe case or an iPhone it will just snap right on. It's a secure snap without being difficult to remove. Having 3 different mounts is good because every car interior is a little different. It's also nice if you decide to switch if one isn't working for you. - Performance - Even though it comes with dash and windshield options, I started with the vent clip and it feels secure. There's a support brace that extends to secure the clip. The center vents of my SUV have a deep recess so I'm using the side vents where I can actually clip it in. As far as the hold, the magnet works really well for my iPhone. I've hit plenty of bumps and it hasn't budged. Make sure if you use a case, you are using a Magsafe case or the magnet will not hold it securely, and slide right off. Overall charging is quick and the mount is secure. It also allows you to move around on the ball joint. - Pros/Cons - *Pros* * Magnet feels very secure * 15W charging * USB-C cable included * 3 different mount options * Suggestions/Needs Improvement* * If your car doesn't have a USB-C, you will need an adapter * Charging could be a fraction higher at 20W The Energizer charger gets the job done and feels like a quality piece of gear for your car. The magnetic grip is secure and the vent clip I used holds my phone tightly. Make sure you have a MagSafe compatible case and check your car ports before you buy, and you will have a nice setup for your daily drive.

You can never have enough chargers…the Energizer - Ultimate 15W MagSafe Magnetic Universal 3-in-1 Wireless Car Charger/Mount with Vent, Dash and Windshield Mounts includes everything you need to accommodate installation in any car. It is more compact than other brands with similar specifications. I personally prefer the vent mount as it’s the most accessible location while driving and it does not require any adhesive or suction cups. Since I installed this in my F150 pickup truck, the windshield mount would be a bit out of reach. The plastic vent mount feels a bit less secure than my previous magnetic mount that was made of metal and had a metal hook that securely tightens behind the vent fins. My relatively large and heavy Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra phone kind of bounces a bit, so it may fall off over bumpier roads. We shall see how it fairs with the winter potholes. Energizer included a USB-C to USB-C cable, unfortunately older cars only have USB-A ports. This set would be truly complete if a 12-volt USB-C adapter were included. I was getting fast charging when plugged into an AC adapter, but not when using a USB-A cable. This is a reasonably priced setup though not perfect in a sea of options, so do your research before making a decision that meets your requirements.

The Energizer Ultimate 15W MagSafe Magnetic three-in-one mobile device charger is a great addition to any car (or space) you would like to have wireless charging available. The parts and pieces all feel very premium, the magnetic connection is strong, and the 15-watt charging helps to keep your MagSafe-enable device charged, even when using battery gobbling apps like Waze or streaming media. I originally installed this on the left vent on the driver's side of my car but found the included wire was WAY too short to reach any USB ports. This is the only con for this three-in-one charger. The wire is just simply too short. I moved it to the left-sided center vent in my GLE 450e and the wire was *barely* able to reach the USB-C connection. I mean the wire was literally stretched to its limit. Moving it to the center vent helped, but then also blocked the MBUX infotainment system in my car. So, then I moved it to my other car (Yukon) and the wire wouldn't reach to any of the USB ports regardless of where or how I mounted it. So, while this device provides a strong, elevated wireless charging experience, the included wire just is not long enough. A longer wire would have earned this device 5-stars.

The Energizer magnetic car mount charger has served us well so far. I like how it offers multiple ways of mounting. I went with the windshield suction, but instead, I used the space available in front of my radio display to keep the phone closer while driving. At our age, the eyes aren't what they used to be, haha! Installation was quick and easy. The kit includes everything except a charging brick. To fully take advantage of the 15W wireless charging speed, it’s recommended to pair it with at least a 30W charger. For now, I have it paired with an 18W charger, so my phone displays a slow charging speed notification. I'm currently looking for another car charger to supply at least 30W of power. The mount itself has a strong magnet to keep the phone attached even when going over bumps. It bounces a little, but the phone stays securely in place. The charging puck is slim, and you can actually use it without having it attached, kind of like a MagSafe charger. To help with heat dissipation, it’s made out of aluminum, but the face portion is made of a shiny plastic that I'm sure will get scratched up with normal usage. Overall, it’s a solid option that is reasonably priced and provides plenty of mounting choices. I’m personally not a fan of mounting to the AC vents since my 17 Pro Max is already on the heavy side, and I’m concerned it will break the vents. I like this setup because it keeps the phone easy to view during GPS navigation and keeps it charged, so you can quickly grab it without having to fumble with a cable.

TLDR: This is a phone holder and charger for the car. Utilizes Mag Safe to hold the phone. 15 watts of power but supply your own charger; it only comes with a USB cable. Easily attaches via AC vent, suction to glass, or suction/glued on plate to dash top. Energizer has a line of non battery devices to utilize the popularity of what Energizer claims is the biggest selling battery in the world. This is a phone holder for cars. By the way, it is amazing to me that after approximately 21 years of smart phones and many more years before that, the car manufacturers do not design their dashboards to hold our phones securely with a close by USB port or a wireless charging area on the dashboard while also holding our phones upright for safety. Anyway, since the car firms don't bother, firms such as Energizer, and hundreds more, sell all manner of phone holders for us to mount our phones within view while we drive. This device is not geared to any particular phone brand or model but utilizes, via a magnet, the increasingly popular ring of magnetic material on the back of the phones to make it easy to both hold and charge a phone both in cars and on home charging devices. I installed this onto my AC vent in a Mazda and ran my own long USB-A to USB-C cable from my console box “cigarette lighter” receptacle where I plugged on a high power charger. This allows me to both view my phone to use Google Maps navigation and to charge it via the wireless charging circuit built into this Energizer phone mount. My car does not have wireless Android Auto or CarPlay which requires me to run a second USB-C cable to my phone’s port to enable Android Auto if I wish to use that. By the way: using a wired connection for either of those services is not too bad because navigation on the phone requires bluetooth, navigation and the phone network to all simultaneously transmit and receive so the phone battery is better off being charged rather than depleted on long navigated trips. This phone mount holds my phone very securely and with no wobble from the magnet mount. My AC vent is very solid so I don't see any noticeable wobble from that also. I like this mount and recommend it.

What I like the most about this Energizer car mount is the flexibility of using either the air vent or dashboard mount depending on the trip. I mounted the larger suction mount on my dashboard and keep the vent clip ready as my second option. It basically gives me two mounting locations that I can easily swap between. For longer drives, I prefer the vent mount because I usually keep the phone continuously charging while using navigation. One good part is that the AC airflow from the vent helps keep the phone cooler while wireless charging, which is perfect considering how warm phones can get during navigation and wireless charging at the same time. The magnetic hold is strong and it is very easy to attach or remove the phone with one hand. For shorter trips, I normally use the dashboard mount when I don't necessarily need continuous charging. Having both mounting options included makes this much more useful than a typical single-purpose car mount. One thing I haven't tested yet is how well the dashboard suction mount holds up during really hot summer days. So far it has been holding well, but that will be the real durability test for the dashboard setup during summers. Overall, I like the dual-purpose setup. The combination of wireless charging, strong magnetic hold and multiple mounting options makes this a very practical car accessory, especially for someone who spends a lot of time driving.

Been using this for a few days now, it’s a decent phone mount and charger, but with some quirks. I've tested it on my Pixel 9 Pro and my iPhone 11 (work phone). Windshield mount was simple to set up. No sticky pads, no gunk on my dash, just clamps right to the glass. Makes it easy to move around if you’re not happy with the first spot. The fact that it comes with all three mounting options is great — I can literally have all of them installed and just use whichever I feel like. Cable looked short out of the box but long enough and then some for my setup. I did some testing with the Ampere app…first session at 85–90% battery, pulling about 7–8W. Second session at 80% which dropped to 5–6W. Which is weird, because I would expect faster charging at a lower battery level. Also got some weird disconnects on the second use — charge, drop, charge again. Happened a couple times. I've seen Pixel phones act like this before, so I'm not ready to point fingers. I do have a case on though, and even though my bedside MagSafe charger works fine through it, that might be playing a role. The phone does get pretty hot, even within a couple minutes. Magnet grip seems strong, both phones stay on with no issues that I’ve seen. The arm needed a little re-enforced tightening to stay secure but its decent. Overall it’s definitely a nice purchase to have with all the options available and at a very reasonable price point. If the heat ever becomes a problem, I can always just plug in directly and use the mount, only as a mount. I’m happy with it.

Happy it's working out overall. Warmth during wireless charging is normal, and the occasional reconnect can often be traced to case thickness or alignment — a MagSafe-compatible case keeps the coil seated best.

Bottom line: The vent mount is easy to attach and easy to align for my viewing while driving. My iphone pro is held solidly by the magnet and the charger works as expected. The cons with this set up is that it can block the air flow from the vent and they only supply a USB-C to USB-C cable so if you only have USB-A ports in your car you will need an adaptor or a different cable. My cars have USB-A ports listed as 2.1 amp outputs so the most it can deliver to the charger is 10 watts so even though the box says 20 watts the charging capacity is limited by the car’s USB ports. I am using the Energizer car vent mount which attaches to my center console vent. Although a windshield mount and a dash mount are included I only used the vent mount. I am not a fan of using windshield mounts and I didn’t want to attach/glue a mount to the top of the dashboard. The vent clip is very strong and it clipped right onto my vent’s louver. The ball joint where the magnet charger attaches to the mount gives you flexibility in the angle in which the phone is positioned. Installation is easy, first you attach the clip to the vent – preferably the lowest louver to avoid blocking the vent. Then you attach the magnet holder to the clip mount and tighten the ball joint once you have everything aligned for the best viewing angle. Also because it’s a clip mount it is easy to move between cars without any hassles.

Was happy to review the Energizer- Ultimate 1W Magnetic Universal 3-in 1 Wireless Car Charger/Mount with Vent, Dash and Windshield Mounts Included. I actually needed something to hold my cell phone up while driving. There are 3 different options to secure the phone to the Mount. You can use the air vent, the dash board, and/or I could have placed it on my windshield. My preference was the air conditioner vent. This worked out very well. There are two attachments that I used to connect the Magnet plate on. I had to used a strong push to get the part in. Overall, it was easy to figure out. My cellphone secured easily on the Magnetic Plate. I was able to use an USB cord to an adaptor to place into the car port charging area. Which worked out well for me. It's challenging for me to find secure mounts for the car I have. Usually they fall out. This one did not. So I definitely will continue to use this. Overall I would recommend this product to a friend. In case you need to know, I was able to use my android device with this. Thank you for allowing me to test this product. It's a winner for me. Pros: Easy installation Automatically secures Cons: None at this time.

The Energizer Ultimate 15 MagSafe 3-in-1 car mount offers a ton of options to mount to almost any car style and you can even move it between cars if they use different mounts if you like. I was looking to replace my older car mount because it was the old style of magsafe with the extra oval shape and the charging plate was actually lifting off the mount. I needed a vent mounted minimalistic design and this Energizer Ultimate is perfect. Very secure with the spring clip but also the bottom clip swings down to give counter pressure against the vent. No issues at all with this car mount holding up my iPhone 18 Pro Max with a Torras Spin case, so a pretty heavy load. Charging will be as fast as your charger, which is the only area this Charger falls short. It does not include a USB or cigaratte 120v charger, so you will need to supply your own. Also beware, the included cable is USB-C to USB-C so if your car has an older USB-A connection not only might you not get 15W (most are 5-10W max) charging, you may also have to get an adapter or a different cable. The car mount also has a heavy duty windshield mount which I would need in my other car since the vents are vertical not horizontal. I would be very careful with the adhesive dash mount especially on vinyl/pleather. It could bond in the heat and really permanently adhere or damage the finish on your dash. Even if mounting to a larger screen-based dash I would be careful and just use the suction arm if you can't use the vent mounts. My only major concern with this is that the Black shiny Energizer plate is a thin plastic material and may lift off the charging puck. The puck itself is sturdy and strong which I like, I just worry how it is secured underneath, other than that for the price I have no problems recommending this charger to anyone who needs a new one.

Basically a three-in-one MagSafe Charger for a car. Comes with a windshield mount, a dash mount (with a 3M sticker) and a vent mount. Got this for my son’s car, he drives a Miata, and we weren’t sure what would be the best type of mount to get for him. Turns out in his case, the air vent mount was the optimal one to use. It fit right into place, and holds surprisingly firm. We thought for sure that it would rock and roll and vibrate while driving, but it is perfect. We tried the windshield mount, and it did stick like glue to the windshield using the suction cup, but due to the size of the window wasn’t the most optimal. The windshield mount is sold as a rock, can be extended in and out, and all the mounts are very adjustable when it comes to angles. I was really impressed with the charging pad itself. It has a small footprint so it doesn’t take up a lot of real estate when not in use. It also charges quite fast. It only came with a USB-C to C charging cable, which we swapped for a B to C and it worked good. Surprisingly good. I recommend it. Works great, is easy to use, and very flexible.

Good so far; this comes with various attachments like clip to vent, suction cup attachment on dash or windshield, and a more permanent like dash mount. So.. I went with the suction cup mount on dashboard and cleaned it up of course and stuck it on there and locked the suction “lever” or something whatever it is. Well as you can see in the picture I may have done it wrong with the arm abit outward extended than bent.. hard to describe but In comparison with the stock picture it’s different. I tried to then unlock and remove but it surely is stuck on there like permanently almost; I tried lifting the small protruding part of the suction ring but it really won’t budge. Darn! And it almost lifted the dash trim. And honestly there seemed like an adhesive on the ring. So I left it that way and proceeded installing the MagSafe part which has a usbc cable port. I have a 17pro max iphone and it attached great.. it’ll wobble of course if I were to go on bumpy roads or dips, etc but it’s often smooth. It does help a bit to put the phone landscape position. For the most part before having this mount I had a cd-slot mount (and whoever listens to cds or puts cds nowadays since we have phones storing mp3s and Bluetooth?), and decided to go with this and it’s easier and quicker attaching the phone and already charging- vs placing it on a mount and plug in the cable. So far I may later on try to readjust or use the other mounts later on- maybe the permanent adhesive lower profile dash mount.

The Energizer Ultimate 15W MagSafe charger is exactly what I was looking for and it fit my F-150 perfectly. This kit comes with one of the better vent mounts I’ve tried. Vent mounting is one method I typically avoid because most phone mounts place too much stress on the vent louvers. When you pair that with how heavy a phone can be and add the movement of driving down the road, it’s usually a recipe for disaster. After a week of testing, I’ve had zero issues with this mounting system. I have several deteriorated roads that I have to navigate on my daily commute and this vent mount never dropped my phone. The way it mounts to the vent makes install less than 10 seconds and creates a solid grip for the wireless charger. Something to keep in mind - you will lose control of the vent and it will block airflow but these are typical trade-offs. Vent mounting my phone exactly where it needs to be on the dash, so this is a non-issue for me. I can’t speak to the suction cup or adhesive mount included in this kit. I never mount anything to my windshield and I typically lease - permanently mounting anything to my dash is a bad idea. The charger works well. Unfortunately, I will never see 15w - the usb outlets max out somewhere around 2-5w in my truck. It’s plenty to keep my phone topped off during my morning commute and more than enough to add 10-15 % on my way home.

Hi KenE, Thank you for your detailed review! We're glad the mounting options and everyday charging fit your truck setup well. We appreciate you sharing your experience.

This is essentially a charging mount kit. See the print on that back that it does NOT come with a charger. The magnetic puck does allow for a charger to be plugged into it to distribute from the charger that you do use to give wireless charging. But, this device provides no power on its own, as is. It comes with a USB-C to C cable but if you already have an actual charger with USB-C, you can connect to this and provide wireless charging. It comes with 3 different mounts all with a ball joint for connecting the puck. You can stick the short one to somewhere flat, stick the sticky suction cup to a window or somewhat smooth surface of your dash, or clip the other mount into an air vent. You can put all three of them up at the same time if you want, but you only get one puck which can be switched between them. The magnet does clamp on pretty well, but I feel my little Pop Socket has a stronger grip. For regular driving it holds decent enough, but if you hit any potholes, it can drop your phone, especially if you have a larger phone like my S25 Ultra. I wouldn’t trust it if you regularly drive on rough roads. Overall it does provide 3 different mounting options and will charge your device provided you have the power source available. For normal decent road use, it is a quick pop on and just pull off. No worrying about connecting a cable to your phone. But, if your roads are not all that smooth in your area, I wouldn’t suggest this one.

Hi DavidJr, We're sorry the experience fell short of your expectations. The mount requires an external USB power source; a power adapter is not included. We'll use your feedback to improve, and our team can help with your setup at https://support.energizerpowerpacks.com/.
