Hi there, we’re sorry to hear about this situation and apologize for the confusion. Please note that while this case is fully compatible with both the standard iPhone 11 and standard iPhone 12 (6.1-inch displays), it is not compatible with other models in those series, such as the iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro, or Pro Max versions, which have different sizes and camera module layouts. We greatly appreciate our customers’ feedback and thank you for taking the time to share your experience. If you ever need post-purchase assistance for a wrong item received, quality concern, or other issue with your order, our support team is available through the order chat. Simply access your order details and send us a message so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate assistance.
