I'm very happy with my purchase. It took a little time to set it up initially, however, it wasn't difficult and instructions were easy to follow. The quality of the print was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this printer.

I was really hesitant on buying a refurbished printer, I’m so glad I did! It is like brand new without the brand new price! Epson provide provides a warranty and the extended warranty that the geek squad offers was very reasonable!

Good printer. Scans and prints 2 sided automatically

I had somehow thought that the printer contained a fax modem, allowing faxing directly form the printer.

Color: Printing thumbnail photos on real estate listings, the photos printed all washed out. Scanner: I could not make the feeder work from the printer when scanning. I would have to load the feeder, and then come back to my laptop in another room to start scanning. At the printer, I kept getting an error when I tried to load the feeder and scan. Even after 90 minutes on the phone with Total Tech support it didn't work. I returned it for the Epson ET-4950 printer. Same problems. I will return that one also.
