A: Good question. The Epson Expression ET - 2500 has a refillable ink tank which makes the printer excellent for those who want to reduce waste in the landfill and those who want to save money on buying ink cartridges. The reason the ET-2500 has only 3 stars is because the printer has a low quality of printing when compared to other printers. The ET-2500 at best produces draft quality prints -- however --- when placed in photo mode it prints very good photos. The low ranking is because the printer is very slow when printing in photo quality. We live in a generation where we want everything super fast. The ET-2500 costs one penny per page to operate (US dollars.) But the printer is slow compared to other printers with expensive cartridges.
