I love the printer. Love being able to print labels on my CD's and DVD's that I create. Quality good. A little temperamental about connecting to wifi sometimes. Some heavier papers don't pick up as well as I would like, but then it is not a high end priced printer either.

Picture quality is fabulous. It's a little smaller than I'm used to having but worth the money. Love the Bluetooth option as well...can print directly from my phone.

A lot better than my XP-970. Speed and quality are great.

Does an excellent job for the intended purpose: Beautiful, accurate photo printing. Sharp, clear, crisp. Regular printing is as perfect and precise. Control panel is exactly as it should be: USER FRIENDLY. No forest of micro step confusions and indeciferable instructions to get a job done. Perfect size, looks and fits just right, not a big obtrusive box, commandeering of space. Makes any kind of printing job a pleassnt experience.

This printer is a spectacular value, particularly if you need a high-end photo printer. I'm taking a digital photography class and we use Epson P800 and P900 photo printers which hover in the $1000 range. They can handle larger formats and rolls of paper which the XP-8700 does not, however I don't need that feature and the print quality is nearly identical . The high-end printers use 10 ink cartridges and the XP-8700 uses six, however I've compared and identical output sent to both printers and side-by-side you cannot tell the difference. The DPI and color depth is virtually identical. This product is a fantastic buy for the money.

The printer works great and it is much quieter than my previous printer. The print is very clear and it is a lot faster printing than my last printer, which was not an Epson.

This printer from Epson takes a lot more time to print double sided material than my previous Epson Artisan printer. I am happy with the quality of print, as I have always been with the Epson printer.

Pretty good dpi for photoprinting but ink do run out quick if you have it on max quality settings when printing 8x11.

The Epson 8700 is a wonderful all in one printer. Photo quality is professional. I’ve had a printer for a week & have already framed for different photos in various sizes. Exceptional!
I just ordered this printer and it performed very well as I expected; I love the quality of the picture of the photos that it makes. I highly recommend this product.

Great quality printer with easy setup to the wifi, with trays for paper and photo paper.

The installation did not go smoothly but it eventually worked by downloading drivers from the Epson website. Once set-up, it seems to work reliably.

This is a great printer. Took me a while to get the hang of setting it up but works

Once I understood how to use my new printer, I really liked it. One thing anyone needs to know is that the ink jet needs to be the brand name ink jet. I purchased a generic brand by mistake and didn’t know it and my printer wouldn’t print that color. Once I installed the EPSON ink jet cartridge, it printed perfectly.

Great printer that will use less ink than any other printer I have used.

Way to many problems with this printer. I couldn’t find the right ink for the price. Then the ink from 3rd party wouldn’t fit in the printer. I was very upset.

The unit was DOA. Would not accept carts and initialize. That happens. BUT. Best Buy did not have a replacement unit and caused me to go though a lot of work to get a printer from another source.
