Q: Can I connect to a WiFi network in this to project netflix or amazon video?

A: Yes you can. I have all the streaming sites on mine

Q: Whats the return policy for this item in case it doesn’t work for me?

A: Best buy wants 15% restocking fee. I returned mine due to it being defective (wouldn't connect through bluetooth) and they tried hard to stick me with the 15% fee. After speaking with a manager, I finally convinced them that I wasn't paying a restocking fee for a defective product. The returned my full purchase price. If you are just returning it because you don't like it - I would imagine you would have an uphill battle.

Q: do you have to purchase specific 3d glasses? Or is it a pairing type of situation?

A: Hi 3dGlasses, We recommend using Epson 3D Glasses (RF) ELPGS03 to maximize the visual effect of the Home Cinema 3200 projector. Regards, Alexander - The Epson Team.

Q: does it work in daylight?

A: Hi Sara, If by daylight, you mean setting up a Home Cinema 3200 outdoors in sunlight, then no. At 3200 Lumens, the HC 3200 is designed for indoor use. Using the HC 3200 indoors during the day will deliver an exceptional home theater experience. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

Q: Could you use the Wifi in this to connect to Sonos?

A: Hello. The Home Cinema 3200 Projector includes Bluetooth technology to connect external speakers. If your Sonos device can connect via Bluetooth, you should be to set it up successfully. Please see the User's Guide on the official Epson Support page for more information on speaker connectivity. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

Q: I am seeing flickering on lighter colors on my Epson Home Cinema 3200. This is a new issue with a projector that has been run maybe 200 hours or so. The flickering seems to occur after the projector runs for 10 mins or more. Any ideas?

A: Hello Marc. Unfortunately, different variables could be attributed to the flickering you are experiencing on the Home Cinema 3200. Power cycling the projector and verifying all cables are properly seated would be the first of many recommendations. We want to look more into the issue. Please visit our official Epson Support page to contact our Technical Support team. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

Q: Q1. What is the minimal distance and height to setup the project from a table so that it could cover a wall of 86"? Q2. Does the color distort when background color of the wall is in an eggshell color ?

A: Hello Z. To cover an area of up to 86", Epson recommends the Home Cinema 3200 Projector to be placed between 93 to 150 inches. Image quality can also vary depending on the zoom factor, aspect ratio, and other settings. For more information, please visit the official Epson Support page. Regards, Sam - The Epson Team.
