Holy cow. This is one of the nicest screens in my house and I have a $3,000 4K gaming monitor. I’m tempted to bring my computer in and hook it up to the projector. I upgraded from a standard long throw projector mounted to the ceiling and I will never turn that on again. It was crystal clear fluid smooth right out of the box. I also learned I have crooked wavy walls. I was able to correct this with minute adjustments to the screen. I love the flexibility of managing the screen proportions and making adjustments in the menu instead of physical adjustments on the machine. There is still a focus dial which is easy to use. There are three adjustable feet, two on the back and one on the front of the machine, to adjust for any unevenness in the surface of the projector. One tricky thing is there is no built in speaker for the projector so you have to have an output from the streaming or media device. I was able to use Bluetooth to connect to my surround sound bar system. I LOVE the white color. It looks unobtrusive on the top of the dresser in our bedroom up against the wall. I really recommend a screen of some kind for the projector to maximize its quality. 10/10 highly recommend.

I absolutely love the short throw part of this projector. There is no walking in front of the screen to worry about anymore and the picture quality is amazing. I got about a 120” screen from a little over 7” inches from the wall. So if your wanting the biggest screen possible your talking maybe around a foot from the wall; this means that the projector doesn’t need to get put away after every use and instead can just sit on the shelf, dresser, table, or whatever you need. I will say, that having the ability to run cables behind and immediately out of site is needed, I thought I’d try it putting it on our mantle just to see how it looked and with no way to get rid of the cables down the back it just looked terrible especially with needing to put the sound bar right in front of it. Whatever your setup (shelves, table) you’ll want two levels for asthenic purposes, I don’t think the sound bar looks very good sitting directly in front of this, but then again maybe you don’t care about that part. The brightness of this projector is awesome, it is completely usable during the day with all the shades open and sunlight streaming in. I’m not sure this would work in direct sunlight during the summer but in pretty much every other scenario you’ll be able to see the image projected from this just fine. This is a project, it is not the sound system or entertainment operating system. I used a google chrome-cast and a Bose sound system which paired with this pretty well. The chrome-cast had zero issues being powered from the 2A USB (there are two USB ports, one of which calls out the extra amperage). To the one issue I have with this, I really wish optical and Aux would have been included as sound outputs. ARC works perfectly well, but Aux cable is much easier to run longer distances for say a ceiling mount. Pros: Short Throw Excellent Image Quality USB 2A port HDMI in Cons: HDMI ARC is only Audio out choice
