Good machine. It works great for receipts. Easy to use. Many options for sending to digital storage. The software is good but I wish the OCR calculated all the receipts to a report with a scanned total. It's an awesome tool for business.

The Epson RRW-600 surpasses the performance of my previous scanner, a Snap Scan S-1500. The Epson RR-600W is efficient and easy to use, with multiple easy to understand and use settings by pressing the video display icons. The set-up on this scanner and linking to my computer was automatic and the process was super easy! I highly recommend this unit.

The Epson RR-600W is ULTRA fast at scanning documents, especially double sided. This is a GREAT purchase is you have a lot of scanning to perform. Easily 10x faster than any printer scanner. Also, excellent receipt scanner, but Epson makes excellent smaller scanners that will work just as well for receipts only.

This machine is totally AMAZING. It definitely has been very beneficial in getting all of my receipts scanned from 2020 to prepare for my taxes. Although it may cost a lot, but it is definitely worth the money spent. Thank you for endorsing this product Shaquille O'Neal. Your endorsement of this product and my need for it are the very reasons why I purchased it. THANKS SHAQ!!!

After trying different scanners we decided to try this one and we love it. It is super fast, holds many pages at the time and it scans double sided. We scanned receipts on different sizes and automatically assign the proper size. The quality of the docs scanned it is very clear and accurate.

After using this scanner, I’m extremely impressed! The first thing I love about this scanner is how easy it was to set up. I simply slid a few parts into the main unit and was ready to start using it. I decided to primarily set up my scanner for emailing and found this process to be quite simple as well. All I had to do was enter my WIFI information and add a recipient into the machine. Within seconds, I was able to send documents and receipts via email. The fact I can send receipts is also super convenient. It makes it easy to keep track of my purchases. Additionally, when I’m wanting to send my documents to other people, it’s super simple to add additional recipients. I’ve really appreciated the fact that this scanner can be used completely wirelessly. It takes a ton of hassle out of dealing with bunches of cords. I’ve also really enjoyed the fact that the scanner is completely touch-screen operated. This makes it easy to customize my scans and quickly send them to the people I desire to. The duplex feature is also great so that I don’t have to flip through a bunch of documents to completely capture the information I’m wanting! In general, this scanner has made life so much simpler and easier! The quality of this scanner is also stunning. Every single page I’ve scanned gets transmitted crystal clear to the recipient. I haven’t had any issues with the scans being too blurry. The glass inside the scanner is obviously well-designed. Another huge benefit to this scanner is how quickly it’s able to feed pages into itself to scan. It feeds papers though faster than my printer is able to scan. Another great benefit I’ve enjoyed about this scanner is how compact it is. It fits perfectly on my desk. The overall design of the product is also quite sleek and elegant. It looks professional and is able to handle any size of job. Overall, I’m very pleased with this scanner and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a speedy, high-quality office scanner that’s sure to capture every detail your documents have! I must begin to say that this is an amazing scanner that does the work and is rapid(fast) when it comes to scanning lots of receipts, and other important documents such as my business letters/documents. I do not have a lot of time to spend especially when it comes to get my job done. Sometime my job requires assignment where there is a need to be fast-paced and not time-consuming. So, this is where my Epson RR-600W Scanner does the workload of several component all-in-one. What I love the most about this scanner is how easy the set-up was, all I did was follow the easy steps alone with the anticipated excitement that I had just waiting to scan a couple of documents in my hand. The joy of this scanner being wireless was part of what really made it quite simple with the set-up, I did not have the worry of connecting wires to connect it was wireless and a touchscreen panel on the Epson RR-600W scanner and easy access with the push of a button. I could even use my optional USB port as well. You can use the USB memory drive as another way of transferring scans to your email, or computer. Downloading the required software makes the experience of finding your document and receipts even easier. The receipt software is included which as well is a much needed plus when you have many receipts that need to be processed into a file. So, the included software the PDF software will help turn your scans into searchable and editable PDF’s. I can go on and on with the excitement that this scanner gives me but would need to have the best experience ever. One of the most expressive scanners by far in my book. Such a wonderful scanner that does what it is designed for with going to the Top of number one scanners on the Market. “This is a review for the Epson RR-600W Wireless Duplex Touchscreen Scanner that I received free of charge to do beta test and review.”

This Epson Receipt RR-600W Wireless Duplex Touchscreen scanner is a lifesaver when it comes to saving receipts. The machine is super speed which means you just feed the machine with receipts and boom it scans them incredibly fast. Setup is easy only when you read the required programs and what is needed to successfully get the machine connected to wifi and working. After unboxing and powered on, I went to Epson to download the Epson ScanSmart bundle in addition to included Kofax Power PDF which allows users to create editable PDF data that which a great as well as Presto BizCard that is used to scan business cards and edit them the way it becomes searchable. What I liked about this machine is the design, touch screen, freedom of using it wired and wireless whether from a computer or smartphone or tablet (Epson Smart Panel is required to download on smart devices) such app is easy to use and allows me to set up the wifi direct scan ability and scan from the phone. Another feature is the duplex that allows me to scan both sides and the ability to save files locally or transfer to associated apps on devices like One Drive or Google drive clouds. Highly reco0mmnnededc machine for saving receipts, Bussines cards, id's, and make edits easily as Epson scan software extracts and organizes the data out of the receipt automatically such as date, vendor, currency and other information on the receipt and ability to edit and make it searchable easily in addition to scan documents at same quality tools. Great scanner.

I like that it scans receipts fast but for storing them or get it in logged into QuickBooks it's not as easy as it seems they want you to purchase a cloud to send it to QuickBooks when you pay over $400 for a machine you should be able to send it straight from your computer to any software that you're using that's the downfall I have need to be updated so it can save without sending or buying a cloud putting all your personal information out on a cloud that someone else can possibly see and use

Can't scan from scanner itself to Computer. Error is: Unable to communicate with the scanner. Make sure that the scanner is connected to the computer and turned on, and no error has occurred on the scanner. No less than 4 calls to tech support and being transferred has resulted in no help. Poor instructions and setup. Scanning from computer does a great job. Considering returning it.

I previously used a Fujitsu Scansnap S-1500. This review is written in comparison to that device. Pros: * The Epson RR-600W is fast to setup and easy to use. This is facilitated by the touchscreen that allows you to directly input your Wi-Fi information. * The Epson has a large volume paper feed, holding 100 pages. * The Epson is scans significantly faster than the Fujitsu (50% faster at 30 ppm vs 20 ppm). It automatically selects color vs grayscale or B&W and duplex scans. * The touchscreen and wireless connectivity are very convenient, so you can scan to any computer on your network (or to USB or a cloud drive). * The automated receipt software with integrated OCR is unique and convenient for being able to feed various finance programs. Cons: * I prefer how the Fujitsu folds up when not in use. This prevents dust from entering into the paper feed slot. The Epson paper feed is fixed. * The Epson is a bit bigger than the Fujitsu. This is partially due to the Epson not having a folding paper feed. * With the bundled software, the Fujitsu is able to automate OCR for scanned files in the background. It doesn’t appear that the Epson is able to do that (except for receipts). With the bundled Kofax software, you have to manually select the files that you want to OCR. With the change in work access while Working From Home, this scanner has been an amazing upgrade. I have had various scanners before and the quality and speed are by far my favorite. One of the reasons why I prefer this model is the touchscreen capabilities, my favorite. I did not realize how convenient this feature is and if your current scanner does not have a touch screen, I would reconsider. Setting the device was easy for any one of any level of knowledge on setting up any device. I opted for wireless setup as my office desk is small and I wanted the scanner to be close but not next to my laptop. I love how the software is able to give options do double sided scans very quickly and the image quality can be adjusted based on the detail desired. I opted for 300 dpi on my scans. Receipt scanning is a breeze, as long as you have the guides setup properly. Pros: * FAST! * Excellent scans. * Can scan both sides at the same time at full speed. * Large touch screen. * Ample wireless and wired connectivity options. * Bundled software is useful. Cons: * Paper load direction is counter-intuitive. * One set of guides doesn’t accommodate a stack of mixed-width documents. * Touch screen bezel makes it difficult to press buttons in the corners and edges. * On-screen preview and post-scan options would be nice. Review: I’ve been going as paperless as possible for years. Not only does it save physical storage space and provide options for backup copies (both local and in the cloud), but there’s also a ton of options for having software that scans those documents into searchable text so finding them later is faster and easier than flipping through drawers of paper. The Epson RR-600W scanner is designed specifically for scanning receipts and invoices, but it is also a great all-around wireless ADF scanner. It is fast, accurate and can even scan both sides of the page at the same time without slowing down. It takes up very little space on any desk and with its numerous wireless connection options, it doesn’t even need to be near your computer. The built-in color touch screen make selection of options fast and easy but once you set it up, you may not even need to use the built-in menus much. I have it set up on my home wireless network so it’s easily accessible by our Macs, PCs, iPads and iPhones. You can basically just load your documents in it and walk away; doing all of the control from your other devices. If fact, if you didn’t need physical access to the scanner to load and collect your scanned paper, you probably could put it just about anywhere. It even comes bundled with some useful software for scanning receipts and doing OCR on them. I have seen more comprehensive software, but the free apps that it comes with might just be good enough for most people with basic needs. In the event that your paper jams, which is a MUCH more rare occurrence than in my prior scanner, the lid opens wide and makes it really easy to get in and clear anything that might be stuck. There are a few small things that could be improved; however. While this Epson scanner is faster, scans more clearly and takes up less desktop space than my prior receipt scanner, that other scanner had a few advantages. With this Epson, you load the documents upside down and facing backwards; the top of the page goes in first and the front faces away from you. I’m sure this load direction seems logical from an engineer’s point of view, but from a user’s perspective, it is opposite to what one might expect. You’ll eventually get used to this but will have quite a few upside-down blank scan until you do. The paper guides slide wide enough to fit a standard letter-size page in, and they get narrow enough to support all but the skinniest of receipts. The problem is that the scanner is designed to handle a large stack of paper to scan in bulk so you don’t have to load each page separately. This works great if your pages are all the similar in width, but there’s a very likely chance that if you load mixed-width pages, the narrower ones will go in crooked and not scan right. For example, you can’t really load a full-page invoice along with a few receipts; they’ll need to be loaded in separate scan batches. My other receipt scanner had 3 paper guide slots for the same batch of paper to be scanned; one with moveable guides for various-width documents like invoices, one fixed-width slot for most receipts and one fixed-width slot for business cards. This worked great for loading a stack of various-width documents (into the various slots). This is not a deal-breaker for the Epson, but it does make it a tad more cumbersome when you have a stack of paper to scan since you really need to group the pages by width rather than just loading the stack and pressing “scan.” The touch screen is large and easy enough to navigate in general. Back to my other scanner which also had a touch screen; albeit half the size of the Epson’s. That other scanner would display a preview of each scanned page right on the screen before sending it to its final destination (PC, cloud, etc.). You could estimate if the scan was clear enough, rotate the scan, delete pages that you didn’t need, and choose options like grouping all of the pages into a single document or keeping them as separate documents. It was really convenient to be able to do that on the scanner rather than waiting for the scanned pages to appear in the software on your computer or mobile device first. With this Epson scanner, that big display is used only for choosing menu options. It would have been great to have an on-screen preview, too. Another thing about about the touch screen; it is recessed quite a bit behind a thick bezel. I’m sure the engineers didn’t think twice about it, and the menu designers were not aware that their menus would be presented on a screen like this. The bezel makes it more difficult than necessary to press on-screen buttons that are located in the corners or edges of the display like the “Home” button in the top-left corner. Again, not a deal-breaker, but is evidence that the teams who made this scanner didn’t really get in the same room together to ensure that it all worked together well once assembled. While this may sound like I don’t think this Epson scanner is good - quite the opposite! The main feature set is very impressive. The scans it produces are fast, clear and easy to get into any application or onto any device you need. It doesn’t take up a lot of desk space and can handle just about anything you want to throw at it. None of the suggested improvements are deal-breakers, but they are something that the prospective buyer should be aware of.
