Black ink works well in Epson XP-5200 inkjet printer. If you have that printer, I recommend it. As with most inkjet ink, it is a bit expensive.

Makes good copies, but in comparison to other printers I've used, the price and output leave something to be desired. Runs through the ink supply FAST. But the copies ARE good.

Epson blatantly lies about how long their cartridges last. The regular black ink lasted less than 50 pages! I have no confidence that this will last anywhere near as long as they say. I gave my printer review too soon, 4 stars, I would give it 1 star had I waited to see how badly Epson would have ripped me off. HP is not as good as they used to be but their cartridges lasted longer than Epson and the HP has much better photo quality. The Feds should reallu investigate printer companies.

Ink is always of great quality with epson printer.
