The printer may be expensive initially, but the ink value is incredible. Have printed over 500 sheets and the ink levels have barely moved. I like the fact I can physically see the ink levels so I know all ink is being used unlike with traditional cartridges which have been criticized for reporting as empty when there is still a substantial amount of ink left in them.
