Customer Ratings & Reviews

This item is cost effective for our company. Best Buy so far has it in stock always which makes sense because Black ink is primary and is very affordable at Best Buy compared to other vendors. Am very satisfied with the price and quality.

Easy to use and install into the Epson printer/ fax machine .. decent price and value

Love Best Buy. Shipping is always on time and the guys are careful. The selection of appliances are always great. Warranty on products are very reasonable. Thank you Best Buy and staff.

Good customer service quick checkout and in stock when u need it most

This standard capacity ink cartridge delivers excellent results for everyday printing needs. The black ink is highly pigmented, producing sharp, crisp text and clean lines that do not smudge or bleed on standard paper. It installs easily and is immediately recognized by the printer without any errors. While it is a standard capacity cartridge—meaning it is best suited for light to moderate printing volumes rather than heavy, continuous runs—the print consistency is outstanding from the first page to the very last. For anyone looking for reliable, high-quality documentation without any clogs or streaking, this original cartridge performs flawlessly.

Easy to change out and is good quality ink. Usually buy the full pack with all colors too.

Running out of ink is never fun. This arrived the next day, saving me a trip I did not have time to make. This Epson printer has been a champ. My sister just offered me a new printer and I turned it down.

Overall performance and ink quality nice print out

I love that I am able to just purchase only the black ink, instead of buying all colors. Easy to install.

Never an issue with these printer ink cartridges…only ones I use! Easy to open packaging and quick snap in and out of printer.

Epson printers and their ink is a great product at a good price.

The ink as usual performs very well and the cartridge does not dry out if not used for a while.

Got a great deal on this product. I works well and is easy to install.

Good product to replace the old ones. The price could have been lower

I am a long time HP user. for 2024, I decided to change and try Epson. I must say the cartridges are smaller and take up less space, but deliver the same efficiency and cheaper. The print quality is great. I am excited that to start a new chapter.

Very reasonably priced and super easy to replace. Good ink

I’m writing a cookbook and I’m using this ink black and the color. So I like both colors of ink it prints out wonderful and smooth great illustration, and great design! And so when I’m on a roll writing and printing, and I hear a beeping on my printer saying low on ink?? I have to stop and get ink real fast order order from Best Buy in the blink and Eye is at my door! Just like that no problems!! thanks guys!!!

A must have for your new printer. As Epson requires only their branded cartidges. The price point is not very much considering the ease of installation and the print quality.

I have purchased my ink cartridges from Best Buy for quite some time now. They are to quality and easy to pick up from the store right away.

Customer service I have been very busy due to all the holiday events going on and when I ran out of ink i of course ran to your store to get the cartridge to keep me going I was unhappy with the increase cost but realize that all stores are raising cost and glad you at least had my requirement in stock. many thanks, Lee
