Customer Ratings & Reviews

I love this printer! It's a perfect printer for the home and is easy to use. It prints really well and I love the easy scan app you can you on your iPhone. It's a very easy setup and prints fast. The colors are great!

This printer provides great quality prints. It is easy to use has great features such as a timed lock (if you have littles ones like I do that love to touch things they shouldn’t) it’s easy to install/setup. The computer software makes all functions easy to setup and compared to other brands of printers I prefer Epson just for that reason. The only thing to note is that the color print speed isn’t the greatest. If you need a quick color print for multiple pages, this may not print at the speed you’re looking for but just check the specs. Overall great printer. Giving it 4 out of 5 stars only because if print speed which is my fault for not looking into those details.

It was easy to unbox and install it went from box to ready in mere minutes. It prints good.

The product is well shaped and designed to appeal to the customer and its length and width are perfect for the space I have planned for it. In terms of functionality, it does exactly what it was made to do. I also noticed that the speed at which it works is perfect. And when it's running, there's very little noise.

I've had this printer for just over a year and it works like a charm. I have not has any issues, the print quality and speed are great for the price point. It is compact enough to fit on a shelf in my small home tech closet.

I wanted just a light work printer, easy to use and setup and I got what I wanted and more! A lot of printers nowadays are really pricey and really confusing but this one strikes me at how efficient and cheap it was! Big win to buy this

I like the fact that it’s quick to copy, doesn’t take up much space and it’s easy to use!

I really like this Epson printer which is significantly smaller and faster than my old Epson printer (which I had for 14 years!) It was easy to install and works like a charm! It was an excellent choice. It only weighs about 20#. The printer cartridges are reasonably priced also!

This is a replacement for a previous epson. Why? Because I do not print color that often and the print head dried up except for black and it was cheaper to buy this one than repair my existing printer. Setup is fairly easy but give yourself at least an hour. So far it has done well. A few sheets with smeared black but I think that was my own fault reaching for the sheet before it kicked out. I have set a schedule to print a color sheet whether I need to or not to try and avoid the print head drying up again

A replacement for another Epson printer that worked for a loonnnngggg time. Ease set up.

Guys, I've gotta tell you about my new sidekick, the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4820 All-in-One Printer. This thing is a beast, handling every printing, scanning, copying, and faxing task I throw at it with ease. It's like having a personal assistant, but without the small talk. One of the coolest things about this printer is how fast it is. With the amount of assignments, research papers, and last-minute group projects I have to deal with, speed is a total lifesaver. No more awkward waiting in the library print queue or last-minute panic when the printer decides to print at a snail's pace. And let's talk about the wireless feature - this thing's a godsend. I can be chilling on my bed, browsing notes on my laptop or scrolling through my phone, and boom, I can send my print command wirelessly! It's the peak of convenience. The quality of the prints, scans, and copies this machine produces are nothing short of top-notch. The images and text are sharp, clear, and super professional looking. Even my professors have noticed! I'm also a huge fan of how this device is all-in-one. It's a printer, scanner, copier, and fax machine wrapped up in one sleek package. Space is a commodity in my dorm room, so the WF-4820 is a real game-changer. Now let's get to the really good stuff - the cost-effectiveness. As a college student, budgeting is key, and this printer does its part by being energy-efficient and using high-capacity ink tanks. It feels good knowing that this printer isn't just awesome, but also easy on my wallet. Finally, Epson's customer service is pretty legit. Anytime I've had questions or needed help, they've been on it, ensuring I get the most out of my WF-4820. In a nutshell, the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4820 All-in-One Printer is like the Swiss Army Knife of printers - compact, versatile, and super efficient. It's been a real game-changer for my college life.

The best 4-1 product I bought in my life! Printing from my phone , receiving and faxing emails. I have scanned photos into my computer. Easy set up and quick to start using.

Great printer I really like it. Good quality easy set up.

My husband and I used to buy so many printers for our business and they’d end up breaking down midprinting or the ink quality was terrible. This printer is awesome for businesses. We print flyers, business cards, pamphlets and the ink that is required for it is worth the price. Definitely a professional use printer and just regular in home printer if you work from home and print a lot. The bluetooth printing is a godsend too.

Great all in one printer. Prints fast in color or black and white. Holds a lot of paper. Fairly quiet. Copies, scans and faxes too! Can’t beat the price, very inexpensive. I love it!

Easy setup and nice prints.. Scan Fax Print Mobile 2 -side print

Excellent choice for my small business work load, easy to print, copy, fax and especially scanning!

I always buy Epson printers. Works very well. Works great with no problems.

I work in IT so I have experience with things from Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Printers, Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi, LAN connections, etc. So when I say there is something wrong with this unit as it pertains to being able to connect to the home wifi. This is speaking from experience and education. I have had to use a Wired connection which is not ideal, and thus am waiting to decide whether or not this needs to be returned for either another unit or refund as one of the main reasons I purchased this is because of its Wifi ability to connect. I have a little over a month to decide.
