Printer is surprisingly fast. Drivers installed seamlessly (Win7 x64 machine). I connected printer via Ethernet so no comments on wireless performance. PC Scan utility is really useful and easy to use. Copy function for multiple pages document is fast and copies are very clear, even slightly wrinkled pages are going smoothly through the feeding mechanism. Pictures are not the greatest, good for printing documents but not the stand-alone pictures for picture-frame - but that is not the main purpose of this machine. The only possible issue (or annoyance) may be very bright blue diode on the front - it does not bother me due to printer location - it is located behind my in the home office. Printer is also larger than entry-level home machines. If you can accommodate larger footprint, I would recommend this as all-around home printer.

Good and easy to set up printer. I bought it for my children homework and is working fine, with The quality Epson always has, good color on graphics and amazing color when printing photos. Very easy to setup, almost plug and play. My daughters (12 and 11) downloaded the Epson app in their iphones by theirselves and started to print in a few minutes.

very easy to hook up and connect. I was a little worried, because the only poor reviews were about having a hard time setting it up. No problem at all! Good print quality, love the 2 sided printing feature, prints fast. I am very happy with this printer.

Did my comparison at the store. Decided on the Epson because it is a laser printer, was wireless and had other features I was looking for. Was not disappointed in my chose. Had some problem with WIFI setup but was able to get everything up and running and works better then I imagined it would.

It is faster than my old printer was. I like the convenience of it being wireless. However, I haven't learned how to set it up to print from my tablet yet.

I've always purchased Epson printers because they are reliable and efficient. So in looking to update to a newer printer I looked at the cost as well as the features of a prospective printer. The Epson Workforce WF-3620 printer was well within my price range and I really liked its sleek look. Setup was effortless and I was even able to set it up on mine and my daughters cell phones (Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge & iPhone 7 Plus, respectively). I've also noticed that the color in pictures printed on regular paper are really vibrant, so I can only imagine how they will look on photo paper. The only issue I have is that the printer is a little slow in printing. However, due to the fact that I run an accounting business out of my home and I have two students in college, this printer is just the right size and price for the money.

After reviewing others on line I found this printer is the best for your buck. It does everything that we need it for and in all sizes. Replacement cartridges are very affordable too. Great product.

The WF-3620 All-In-One Printer is the bomb! I got rid of scanner, (that could only scan to a jpg, Now I can do both jpg and pdf), a copier and a fax. .

Loving it! Tray on top to feed paper to copy and scan. Don't have to lift the lid for every sheet. Good price.

We've had this printer for almost a year now and it is still pushing the pages out with the same clarity as day one. I haven't had to fix a single thing and have only had minimal paper jams (with the automated scanner only). As for wireless capabilities, iPad/iPod/iPhones have all had no issue connecting and worked marvelously without me having to do anything more than connect it to our network. It's a great all-in-one out of the box.

My old HP printer was driving me nuts. It was constantly dropping off the WiFi network and my computers could never see it. I replaced it with the Epson WF-3620, and now printing is no longer an excruciating exercise. I click print, I get a nice printout quickly and with no fuss. What a concept! The Epson was very easy to set up, had no problem connecting to my network, and is reliably seen by PC, Mac, and iPad alike. It prints double-sided pages speedily, and print quality is good, though sometimes a touch on the light side. I need to see if I can tweak that. But overall, my frustration level is vastly reduced with this printer.

I bought this printer based on pevious reviews and the good rating it had received and so far we are very happy with our purchase. We needed a home family printer scanner all in one that is easy to use, compact and affordable and this machine was the right choice for us. The kids love the wireless feature to print their homework, I can print from my iPhone and the quality of the documents is good. We also printed few basic color pictures as part of a homework with no issues. This printer was also easy to install and connect. I didn't give 5 stars because i can't comment yet on durability and ink/cartidge prices and haven't tried printing large documents...

Purchased this printer to replace an 8-year old failed HP inkjet printer. Unit is small enough to fit on my shelf near computer and provides print, scan, FAX, copy functions very well. I researched all the current brands for best 'bang for the buck' value and came up with this EPSON WF-3620. BestBuy also had a very attractive price, shipped to my doorstep.
