A: yes, it does do borderless and it does do 13x19, I love this printer!

A: YES IT DOES HAVE A REAR FEED. IT REDUCES AND ENLARGES WITH THE SOFTWARE YOU INSTALL THAT IT COMES WITH. THIS PRINTER IS NOT A STAND A LONE PRINTER. DOESN'T HAVE THE OPTION TO PRINT FROM A SD CARD OR USB DRIVE. IF LOOKING TO PRINT WITHOUT USING A COMPUTER I SUGGEST THE EPSON 7610 AS IT PRINTS UP TO 13X19 BUT CAN BE USED WITHOUT HOOKING UP TO A COMPUTER.
