Q: Is it invisible for radar detector detectors?
A: No it is not. The Escort Redline is the only one in the Escort family that is RDD invisible.
Q: Performance compared to the max 360?
A: It works just as good a the 360. All the 360 does is tell you where the signal or radar detection is coming from through the arrows on the device.
A: Cord and plug are both the same, the only thing that physically chamged was the mount. And I would say it's new mount is better than the last.

A: I have several 8500’s myself and know the mount is totally different. Where the mount on 8500 slides into the top front, the iX uses a magnet to attach.
