Backstory: I come from the old Neato days (about 10 years) and still have my D3 working downstairs. Two years ago we bought a D9 (eBay) and that was working well until Neato banged up and shut down the network. I could still get the D9 to run manually but one day it became a brick and nothing I could do could get it back on the WIFI. Today: Naturally, we were stuck so I shopped for a robot vacuum replacement and found the C28 on BBY. Product came in a timely manner from Anker, well packaged. If this is your first robot, the setup and the app may be a bit tedious, but once set up it works fine. I've never dealt with a mop vac before, I know they are all the rage, so that is something I'm learning. This surprisingly mops better than I expected. I am amazed at how eufy uses the technology right from Neato's playbook. So far, the C28 is very similar to the D9 with improvements in object and rug detection. Better mapping as well. I know that the E25 is the older model with corner brush extension, but the C28 has two side brushes although it would be nice if they extended to get the corners better. Also, assumiing the lower cost, the C28 has a slightly lower suction rating. All in all, I'd say eufy is a great company with a good price and an extensive offering. Anker even honored a coupon after the purchase! (BBY did not). One word about third party purchase from BBY. Read the fine print. As a TotalTech subscriber I assumed that buying the C28 from BBY would yield all of the benefits of TotalTech. It does not. The return windows is only around 3 weeks, and BBY does not price match third party purchases. Also there are BBY options to restock fee. In the meantime, the C28 is a great product (so far). If anything needs updating I’ll let you know.
