Not worth the stress

The eufy pumps are beautifully designed. I appreciate the heating system and the lovely organized app. However, I have had my set for barley over 3 months now and they have set me in panic mode and have kept me up for hours at night due to charging issues. On three separate occasions, I plug them in to charge for my next feeding just to realize they were never charging. I reached out to customer service to learn that I have to “factory reset” them (literal pain). This most recent time they failed charging, I tried resetting them but that no longer works. I contacted support and I have to wait 1-3 business days for a response. I would definitely recommend passing on these pumps.

This pump sucks! I would say about 8/10 times I use this pump I lose milk! I wanted to love this product. If you are a mom and you want to keep the milk you pump don’t buy this product, you will just watch your liquid gold leak out of the bottom!!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would!
