Great item but buy with TotalTech

This is far and away the best robot vacuum mop on the market, but like any Eufy product it is quirky. Buy with TotalTech and you will have no regrets. If anything goes sideways, which it likely will, BestBuy replaces it no questions asked. Without TotalTech, it’s an amazing product for 12-18 months, with wildly variable customer service from manufacturer.

Works very well. Mops better than my older one did. The faster rotation seems to help and I like that it extends out to the side now to get uner the cabinet edges in kitchen better.
