Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’ve been using the Eufy S350 for a few weeks now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best home security investments I’ve made. The dual-camera setup is a game changer—it gives a wide-angle view of my front yard while also capturing detailed close-ups of visitors. The video quality is crisp and clear, even at night, thanks to the advanced night vision. Setup was incredibly easy. The Eufy app walked me through everything, and I had it running in minutes. I also really appreciate the local storage option, which means no monthly fees and complete control over my data. Motion detection is smart and accurate—it doesn’t spam me with false alerts, and I love being able to customize detection zones. Battery life is solid, and the build quality feels premium. Plus, the integration with Alexa and Google Assistant makes it super convenient to check on things hands-free. If you’re looking for a reliable, feature-packed, and easy-to-use security camera, the Eufy S350 is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

I'm so glad I bought this particular camera. The setup and app are incredibly ease to use. I bought an SD card fir it, as well as connecting it to the cloud, which is only about $2 per month. I have not had any nefative experiences at all with this camera. I would recommend it.

Works good, i’m very satisfied with the order. I use it for my dog.

Awesome camera with clear footage paired with S380 home base. No yearly subscription required save money but because of that no continue recording functionality like ring or google cam.

Excellent quality with 360 degrees view and AI tracking

Fantastic addition to my eufy system! Great indoor camera, especially to keep an eye on my elderly parents incase they have an emergency!

It works great as expected. It's like having a real security guard standing watch over my house. It's also nice to have the cloud service as well. I love it :)

Easy to intall and the video quality is excellent.

Bought this camara because it look so cute. But really works great you are able to rotate 360 the quality of video is also really good. Os worth the price.

I have been using this camera for monitoring my kids' rooms, and it has been a great tool for communication and supervision. The camera has a very good quality, especially the 360-degree feature that allows me to have a clear view of the surroundings. However, I found that the vertical movement is somewhat limited. The zooming and panning functions work almost perfectly, but there is still room for improvement. One downside is that it doesn't come with built-in storage, so you need to use your own SD card. Overall, it has been a valuable addition to my home for keeping an eye on my kids. Feel free to adjust or add more details to tailor the review to your liking! I made this purchase to replace an older wired security system. A storm took out my monitor. This is a very easy to set up camera. It works with 5G. The camera pans up and down and side to side. I have more and better viewing with this one camera than I had with two cameras. The volume is clear. I like that you can turn the volume off with one touch. The same with the recording. All of the buttons on the screen on the APP are very easy to manipulate.

Great indoor camera. Everything works great with this and I love the Ai tracking it has. Great for indoor security or to keep an eye on your kids!

I love my Eufy S350 wired indoor camera. It has a clear picture and the thing I love best about all my Eufy cameras is that they move side to side and up and down, it follows the movement to the object. I replaced all my blink cameras with Eufy and now I am not paying for a subscription. This is the perfect security camera for me.

These cameras are great. Great video quality and the app to control them is great. The only thing is I wish they would record longer sometimes. These can be setup so that if it hears a sound it will scan the room. I either haven’t figured it all out or something cause it will turn half way and then the video will stop. Don’t know if the camera ever makes it completely around or once the video stops it goes back to the default position. I would like the video to show the complete 350 degree turn. Otherwise I love these cameras and what Eufy has been coming out with.

I needed a surveillance camera quick, one that had privacy, high resolution, zoom capabilities, and expandable memory storage. The best indoor camera I’ve owned so far. I will say though, get a high quality sd card that has high read and write speeds otherwise you will complain about “slow loading” times.

Excellent Camera great image quality thinking to buy another one

It helps us keep track of our precious puppies while we're away, without requiring any additional wiring because of its panning, zooming, sound capabilites.

Picked up this camera to place in my Garage to add to my Eufy fleet of cameras on property. Another great, simple product from Eufy. Would highly recommend any Eufy product for consideration to others.

I purchased other Eufy cameras, homebase, and a 1T card. I'm more than proud of my purchases. I'm not sure what my favorite feature is. Is it the clarity, the amount of storage, facial recognition, pet recognition, vehicle recognition, night vision, or the alarm... they're all great features!!... Great products and i would highly recommend Eufy to anyone currently shopping for security. It only took a few minutes to completely set up the system.

This is definitely the best indoor camera on the market right now I think. Purchase, you won't be disappointed! You can pay for their cloud storage after the free trial, or use your own micro sim 128GB. Loaded with different features!
