It works great. It was easy to mount. The app makes it easy to see what went on. I like that it doesn't store stuff in the cloud if you don't want; it's all stored on a local 128GB MicroSD card, which should last a loooong time before I need to erase it. The solar cell was easy to mount (I used a magnet on a metal roof). Literally no complaints.

Pros: Good clarity, playback and live action feeds Cons: It doesn’t alert you until about 3-6 seconds after the movement is detected. A family member walked around in the camera view and it didn’t pick up which was surprising and the only time I’ve known of it to not pick up. Now, this could have been fully blamed on the location and angle I placed the cameras. I was able to review footage and see her, it just didn’t alert me. Night time vision is good. I do recommend you place closer to entries if you want to clearly see faces at night. I have mine further away so I can pick up more of my yard. I will be purchasing more to correct this problem. I wanted to test and see how good they were going to be before I bought a lot of them. Also, we could not use the flimsy screws that came with it.

Please with it expect occasionally drops off the app & WIFI but it does come online, love how it follows every movement and has a the clear view.

This camera is great. I got great quality. Also it charges on its own with the solar panel. Besides that you don’t pay monthly bills also with a Sim card you can storage all your videos

I’ve had my Eufy SoloCam E30 for a while now and it’s been great. The solar panel really works—I haven’t had to charge it at all, which is super convenient. The video quality is clear, even at night, and the motion alerts are accurate without being annoying. Setup was quick and easy, and I like that there are no monthly fees. It just does what it’s supposed to do without any hassle. Installation was quick and easy—no wires, no complicated setup, and it’s small enough to place almost anywhere around the house. Overall, it’s a reliable, low-maintenance security solution that gives me peace of mind without extra costs.

Great camera and easy to use with the Eufy app. Motion detection picks up on people and not animals. Mounting was easy and stays charged. Love the voice feature to communicate if necessary.

Like I said, I bought the E3 solar panel security camera for outside. It is awesome. It don’t matter if I have three days of nothing but clouds or rain. It still connects to my Internet my app and works perfectly. I do not have any problems with anything about it, and I would recommend it to my neighbor or my kids. It’s a great device.

I've been using Eufy cameras for years and like that they're wireless with no monthly fees. They seem to have better WiFi reception than our old Ring cameras from years ago and again, NO monthly fees! This is one of Eufy's newest cameras and so far it's been great. They include a large solar panel (compared to our other Eufy solar cameras), motion detection is quicker, and the 360 degree pan/tilt is smooth and tremendously useful compared to a fixed camera looking at just one angle. No microSD card is included, but I popped in a 128GB card and have recordings save to that. You can use it with a Homebase 3 I believe but I only have a HB2 so I opt for the standalone option which works well. I found out that if you plug this camera in to dedicated power (uses a standard USB-C connection for power) you can set it to record 24/7. That is a nice option for our driveway so we don't miss anything, but it still has a battery and solar option if you need it or move the camera to another location later where you don't have power available. Video quality is good, I haven't really tested audio quality. There's no light on this camera but there's a street light right outside of our driveway so that's a non-issue for me, plus it has infrared for night vision if there's no light. Eufy cameras are great - not perfect, but great. I had another Eufy camera stop charging and after troubleshooting, Eufy is replacing it under warranty. Customer service was responsive so I'm pleased. I think this is one of Eufy's best cameras, just remember this is like any other camera that records only when motion is detected (unless you plug it in to a power outlet) - so it may miss things here and there or cut off early, but for the most part it's always given us peace of mind when we're away from home or at home and just keeping an eye on outside. I'd say it's definitely on the better end for motion detection and does have a lot of customizable options. I'd give it a solid 4.5 out of 5.

I have been working on this Cam past 3 years and have never been disappointed. The performance delivered is precise and perfect. What best part I like is that it does Not need cloud subscription. Your videos can be saved on the SD card and you can review it wherever you want.

Great quality of imagine no paying fee, first charge it by the wall and it last with solar panel. Haven’t charged it since I first charged it. You do have to buy separate the memory card other than that amazing !!

Absolutely amazing. Our garage blocks our view and hearing anything in the driveway and our entrance is through a porch on the side of the house. We could get a delivery and never know it. The Eufy E30 picks up the vehicle or person and follows them more than 180°, following them from the vehicle to the door. I did have some trouble setting it up, but their support was a level unheard of these days. I assumed it would be robotic and it was so good I finally decided it must be human. In the end, I was emailing with a person named Dean. I commented to him that at some point I realized I was communicating with a human. He said something to the effect of "In full transparency, you were communicating with an automated agent in the beginning, but it handed your case off to me for the best customer service. I wanted to keep everything on my local, personal network. Apparently that is not possible at this point, but he said he would send that concern up to the developers to work on as an improvement.

These camera catch everything. I caught a homeless trespassing. I played opera through the camera, which deterred him. I recommend this product, just get a huge SD card for local storage.
