Q: will this work for a HP computer

A: 100% depends on the case and motherboard that your HP had. This is a standard ATX PSU so chances are good, unless your computer is a Small Form Factor (SFF) or custom/proprietary design. Best to check with HP website under support! Good luck.

Q: Rather stupid that EVGA cant include the number of xyz cables in the box. Last I checked its 2024, lets pick up the game or GTFOH Can anyone break down how many PCIE cables this comes with..

A: ATX Cable: 1x 600mm EPS Cable: 2x 700mm PCIe Cable: 2x 700mm, 2x 700mm, 850mm 12VHPWR Cable: 1x 700mm SATA Cable: 4x 550mm, 670mm, 790mm Peripheral Cable: 1x 450mm, 570mm, 690mm, 810mm AC Power: 1x 1500mm

Q: Is this compatible with my motherboard Erica5

A: You've probably already figured this out, but yes It'll be compatible with your motherboard. It just really depends on how much power your system needs based on fans, and components. Most systems will generally work without power issues using a 1000 watt power supply. Sorry no one answered you sooner.

Q: I have a m2000 slate desktop with an 13-12100f and a 1650 GTX. I replaced the GPU with a brand new in box FE 3060Ti, and 32 gb Corsair ram, I want a i9-14900k to swap for my i3 but I assume my 600w PSU isn't sufficient. Is this overkill? Is this PSU safe?

A: I 100% say it's way overkill, but it depends on what else is in your system. What other cards you've added, like audio cards, maybe what kind of hard drive or solid state you have. There is an allotment for each component, so consider what else you have into what PSU is best for your system. Your new GPU can max out at 220w, which is way more than your previous card, but it all depends on your entire system in total.
