i bought mine used and after getting a new battery, even with a broken gimbal, i love it. all of the specs are dead on, 25-30mph, very responsive even out at max range. one of the steadiest hovers i've seen personally.

App does not work, no customer support

I bought two x7 ranger plus. The app crashes as soon as it is started on a Google Pixel 7 Pro and a Google Pixel 6. Only contact with customer service is email. After several emails and several days there has been no reply. Stuck with two expensive drones that I can not fly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
