This TV has been a great product so far. No issues or problems since my purchase last year. Everything I have ever purchased from Best Buy seams to be of good quality. I will buy from them again.

The extended delivery was seamless—on time, professional, and careful with the setup. The team made sure everything was level, explained the basics, and left my kitchen spotless. From start to finish, the process was stress-free and made getting my new Samsung Bespoke fridge an even better experience.

Very nice and courteous. Called prior to showing up, had 2 workers with safety straps to transfer the TV safely. Brought it inside a house with 2 dogs with no issue. Also the driveway was icey, and they handled it like champs and didn't slip while carrying the TV.

Very professional delivery and placement of the fridge. Crew was friendly and knowledgeable. Very respectful and careful with my wood floors.

Although my delivery had to be rescheduled a couple of times due to staffing i was appreciative that they were able to delivery to my home in Le Mars.

The two people that helped us with the set were excellent. Very knowledgeable very kind and very punctual the manager at the Lafayette store was so helpful

Best buy hired a 3rd party for installation. It takes a lot for me to complain about anything. It was the worst display of professionalism I have ever seen. They ended up leaving, not ever trying to do the install because the tv box was heavy and I have a big house to carry it. Wouldn’t even try… said they don’t have enough time today and can just leave it here for me to install a 100” TV. Pathetic. 0/10

I told them the tv was mounted to the wall and i told them the approx height. My wife took off work to be here for the install. When the guys arrived to do the install the said the tv was too big and to high on the wall. They told my wife they were afraid of getting hurt if they got on a ladder. Myself and a friend hung the tv is 10 min

Was not surprised by the additional charge for delivery. Thought it was high priced. The technicians, James and Mike were excellent. Solved our problems with an existing sound system and were efficient and very knowable Great guys, would love to have them install our next purchase.

I'm very happy with the refrigerator. The delivery was somewhat to be desired. They almost delivered the wrong refrigerator. My wife noticed there was a dent in one of the doors which they had brought in and set against my cabinets. After some discussion they realized they were unloading the wrong unit. Who ever put the handles on the doors didn't take the plastic off before installing them. I have to remove the handles to get the plastic out from behind them. Everything else went fine. The refrigerator works good and is very quiet.

The delivery guys were OK, but the coordination between the store and the actual delivery was not good at all. I asked about the delivery vehicle during purchase and let them know I have an 8-foot gate to my house. I was told it would be a van like those the Geek Squad uses. That, of course, would fit through the gate easily. I also discussed this same point with the person who called me to schedule the delivery. I was again told the vehicle would easily fit through my gate. They instead arrived in a very large box truck; now we have a problem. They are very unhappy about it, and so am I. They ended up putting the TV in the back of my jeep and I drove it to my house.

Very happy with my lg dryer. It’s very easy to operate and to clean the filter. Have had no problems with it at all. Would recommend lg appliances to everyone i know.

Love my Maytag Dryer because it is simple to use and has all the features I need.

Hi, I bought a new fridge at Best buy. It is smaller that than the one I had but it will do the trick. I hope is last as long as my other one. Never had a problem with the applicanes I have gotten from Best Buy

The guys that delivered our new TV were great! They removed the old one from the wall and set up the new one. They were on time and careful with the products.

first they said they could deliver without anyone home as there was no install needed. Then 20minutes before they came called and said they wouldn’t leave it at the house for me even though I had cleared a safe dry spot out of sun and weather for them to leave it. I live alone and work a very demanding job so I am unable to be there for delivery. -finally after pressuring them we got delivery set back up and they promised to leave it. They didn’t put it in the cleared spot but tv was fine and was happy they delivered
