I like this Samsung Range so far. I did have to download the app and the instructions of use to understand how to use all the features. The range is nice looking and I like the shelf adjustments in the oven. There are more than usual. The drawer under the oven is smaller than I anticipated, had to relocate some baking pans to another location kitchen. I love the timer and wish the clock would stay on all the time. I haven’t used the convection oven or air fryer part of the oven yet. It’s a good easy to use range when instructions were downloaded.

We live in a remote area so it was great to have the extended delivery option with install. The delivery team was great but coordinating all of the necessary parts with the help line was extremely time consuming and frustrating.

Once they arrived they were able to quickly and easily set up the tv and explain its features. Definitely worth it

We live over an hour and a half away from Best Buy! I cannot believe they offer this service. It was wonderful. They not only delivered, but they installed it as well. This purchase was very economical as well and very well worth it. Highly recommend!! Love Best Buy!

Very well pleased with the delivery of Samsung 75" TV. Also with the two delivery men who were very careful and professional in the delivery. Great TV, and completely satisfied in every aspect of my purchase from Samsung!

I live 102 miles one way from the store and thought it was great that they come all that way to deliver my TV and install it. I have a small car so I would have never been able to get my 85 inch TV home without their deliver service. They were very professional and careful. They wore booties over their shoes and said they would wear masks if I wanted them to. The were super!

Poor comminication. Took waaaay too much to get it right. The delivery supervisor did make it right and the delivery guys were polite and courteous. So glad we were home so we could deal with it. If it was a friend or family member then it wouldn't have been taken care of immediately and we would have never used Best Buy again! Got to pay attention to sale from purchase to delivery to the end!

The two guys that delivered my fridge were super professional. Went above and beyond for us to help us get the fridge up stairs and have it a installed. They were on time with the delivery. They had a 6 hour window and called me prior to them showing up to give me sufficient time to have everything ready for them.

although it took awhile the service was great I have no complaints especially since I live in an out of the way place, it was safer and with the price of gas probably would have cost me that much to do it anyway,

When dealing with this sort of issue, the option to just handle it all in store seemed to be so much more desirable, that was until my exchange appoint/delivery was scheduled for on a few short days after completing my phone call with the exchange expert. The team of experts that delivered my product were knowledgeable friendly and most importantly punctual.

horrible service. got a text this morning saying it was on its way with a link for tracking. by 3pm i called geek squad. rep said that it was cancelled yesterday (I was never notified) of "High Risk". no explanation. I called back 30 minutes later and another rep told me that they do no cancel orders because of the customer being home that has to take a day off from work. told me to wait until 730pm because it shows that its out for delivery. rep also said there were no notes on it being cancelled or high risk. I waited until 730pm. no TV. I took a day off work, took my other heavy tv off to be ready for the new on and I didnt get it. If I have to reschedule, it would be in November. this customer is not satisfied. horrible service.

We were thrilled to find that we could get delivery at the distance that we are from the closest store. Best Buy was very accommodating and we have been telling our friends how happy we were with the service.
