Excellent price for a wired in doorbell. We did not want to deal with batteries as we live in a colder climate and don't have to with this. Installation is not as simple due to the fact that you need to run wires and have a regular door bell supply. Wiring diagrams for the extra parts required were easy to follow. Nice that it can re-use existing doorbells, though I did swap the older clock/chime with just a standard one to make wiring a bit simpler. Fish eye has great range, you may need to play with the provided angle shim and also shim it down depending on what you are trying to cover. Comes with both the straight bracket as well as an angled bracket, easy to swap out. Currently I have the straight bracket on and after a month of testing I am going to swap out for the angled bracket to cover more of the approach to the right of my porch as well as the driveway. I will be shimming the top so I can capture closer to the bottom of my door in order to monitor packages. I currently do not have the app configured to ring through to my phone. By adding an sd card into the system, I can go back and review events. The only downside I have found is that motion events trigger an audible notification beep on the doorbell itself, which is only annoying if I am working in front of it. However, that means it could be a good detterent to would be thiefs/vandals.

Replaced an old video doorbell that stopped connecting to WiFi. I connect this to my local DVR so I can store as much as I want and have acces flexibility. Some of the bigger brands don’t allow you to connect to your local systems or storage. Price was good and so far we haven’t had any issues.

You need a certain amt of voltage for this bell. I didn't have. Who knew? Also, no trouble-shooting info available. had to call tech support. That in itself was a nightmare & I felt like jumping off a bridge. That would've been faster & less painless. And finally...Unable to return item to B.B. From day of delivery to their return window was a 15 day window. I was doomed from the start as I bought it for a future install & had it sitting in box, on my table, for over a min of 3 weeks. Real frustrating experience.

I really wanted to like this doorbell but it kept failing and after a couple of days i uninstalled it and returned it to BB. I wanted to have a unit that i could store videos and pics on the unit itself and this one seemed to be exactly what i wanted. Unfortunately it kept dropping the SD card and it continued to tell me to reformat the card which i did. After several reformatting's i decided that this wouldn't work for me. When it was working it worked very well but the card problem was the deal breaker.

After watching a YouTube video the installation was easy. I had to order a Mesh point for the WiFi system to connect with the doorbell. The "Quick start guide" leaves you guessing about a lot of the features. No info. You have to play with the app to figure out what to do.

Better than ring video bell. Crisp picture as the camera is 4K. The phone app works great for interacting with the phone.

I needed a doorbell camera, I have the same brand of cameras in the back. They work as advertised.

Peace of mind not paying for monthly fees. I receive notifications to my phone for human detection and ring bell. Recording voice only on outside side.
