The seller refusing to refund.

Poor, does not work. Seller refuses to refund for damage dvd. I have tried serveral timeto contact seller, No Response this item was delivered less than 20 days. I just want my refund of 25.00. This was a purchase through Paypal on the best buy website. The dvd does not work at all it give an error "disc is not finalized errlog5000001070000.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
